I currently have a 2ft by 3 foot closet. 5.5-6 ft in height. I want to successfully grow 2 possibly 3 snow white beans. I have a ton of CFL's but I am going to purchase either a 250 watt or 400 wat enclosed ballast light from my local hydro shop. price is pretty much the same.

I have an 80 cfm 4 inch inline duct fan running through my carbon scrubber with nice air movement. (total travel distance 1.5 feet). I also have an adapter to attach a CPU fan with adjustable speed onto the end of it (to increase movement)

I personally feel that a 250 watt will work very nice, considering my walls are nice and shiny, the air only has to move 1.5 feet through the scrubber, and I have plenty of air circulation fan locations/positions I can use.

Of course im using all fox farm products.

What do you guys think, is the 400 necessary? for essentially a 6 cubic foot grow area? I think the 250 hps with CFL's positioned around the plants would be ideal for heat. It is currently in the mid 60's inside the closet.

U can check out my grow journal for pics, its not the initial pics to start the thead, go down like 20 or so posts to see what it currenly looks like.

I have a small attic door inside the room and thats where I will be venting.

use a 400 watt hps with a ehnanced bulb for increased blue veg under the cfls and use either a 400 watt or 600 watt with that enhaced bulb in flower
