27 day vegg Violaotr kush leaf curl ? ?

This is day 27 vegg. I noticed some weird leaf curl on one of my plants.

i have 6 x 6 shed. 1000 watt dimmable ballast ( vegg for 2 weeks at 75%, set at 100% when i noticed this issue)

temps are around 70°

feeding with 1/2 strength floranova bloom....

my buddy suggested overwatering or light too strong still? Any advice welcone.....semi new to soil growing

I would try raising the temp around 78-82 which is ideal for most plants & check your humidty. You might of also over fertilized. I would check out this thread also:
