2nd grow...1st journal...6 strains, 6 different breeders

Ok, so ive already been started this shit.

Genetics:
Connoisseur Genetics - Amnesia Hazy Jones (amnesia haze x casey jones)

Captain Red Beard - GDP (supposed to be a legit Ken's cut that was s1'd)

Hazeman Seeds - 88G13 Hashplant (enough said)

Mz Jill Genetics - Jilly Bean F2 (orange velvet x space queen {dude})

LIT Farms - Watermelon Kush (watermelon OG x purple kush)

Obsoul33t Genetics - Alien Sour Apple (alien tech x sour apple)

Some seeds were germed before others....GDP, Amnesia Hazey Jones, 88G13 Hashplant and Jilly Bean were all cracked at the same time.

Watermelon Kush was cracked before Alien Sour Apple.


I killed 2 seedlings I had planted, red beards grape ape and exotic genetix rainbow chip F2

Alien sour apple is in rainbow chips old pot, hence the labeling

How long you going to veg them before you flip them?

I don't keep track of the days, I know ppl will shoot me for that lol, but im shooting for all plants to be about 2-3 feet tall when I flower, I may have to lst the amnesia hazey jones, which will also be a new experience for me, as I expect it to be closer to 3-4ft by the time the others hit 2-3 ft lol, but maybe it will slow down a bit.

You can just super crop it to try and keep it around the same height

Ok so I hadnt checked the larger plants for signs of sex until just now, and i can say there are 3 confirmed females so far:

Amnesia Hazy Jones...i was worried it was male with the rapid growth, but im happy to say its a girl.

88 G13 Hashplant....loving how she looks

GDP....really happy to have this girl in my arsenal....i love gdp....even when its grown like shit, it delivers

Jilly Bean wasnt quite showing, but im fairly confident its a girl, as shes been slower to start

Alien sour apple has been shooting up fast, only a few days old and already about 4 inches tall....reminds me of the amnesia hazy jones the way its shooting up

Watermelon Kush....this one is vegging SLOW....its probably about a week to week and a half old and its the same size as my alien sour apple.....i do expect this to be a very short plant, being purple Kush is in this cross.

Also noticed a couple fungus gnats tonight, which from what ive read is a sign of overwatering, so im gonna be more strict/cautious of my watering habits from here on our.

Also from what ive read they'll generally go away on their own If i allow the soil to dry up enough between feedings....please correct me if im wrong amd advise how to rid these bastards from my plants.....i knew I should have trapped the spiders from my last grow and set them free in this tent lol

Just an update, not much happening as theyre vegging....some slowly....some rapidly....amnesia hazy jones and GDP are still huge compared to the others....88 g13 Hashplant and Jilly bean are both around the same pace......alien sour apple is moving quick considering it was planted late.....watermelon Kush is slow as fuck....i think due to the purple Kush in the cross.

Anyways, here they are as of this morning:

So tonight I was able to setup my 2nd tent in a new location and in a more secure area, with a locking door.

I moved Amnesia Hazy Jones, Granddaddy Purple and Jilly Bean into the tent to flower.

Amnesia Hazy Jones is going to be hard to contain in that tent, but my bigger tent couldnt fit in this location unfortunately.

If I find it difficult, I can always switch to the other tent in the other location (not as secure, actually nervous of it being found by landlord - but cant fit all 6 in the flower tent so ill be flowering 3 plants at each location)

So I guess let the games begin!

So the 3 plants still vegging:

All 3 were topped tonight. Watermelon Kush at its 5th node

Alien Sour Apple at its 4th node

88 G13 Hashplant was at its 6th node, Im hoping it recovers nicely as I heard thats like the latest you should do it.

Ive never topped plants before, so im interested to see what happens.

Nothing to report on the 3 in flower yet, they've stretched slightly.

The 3 in flower are gonna be small, unless I get a full 3x stretch, which I might out of amnesia hazy jones.

GDP i dont expect much stretching and Jilly bean is dont think will go crazy either.



The decision to top the remaining 3 was part my own experiment lol but also because I dont think watermelon Kush is gonna be a yielder.

Wish I would have topped all 6 but ya live and learn i guess.

These are some terrible pics i took of the flowering plants.....this was a few days ago.....also I purchased a light timer which I put them on for the 1st time today and it failed, I came home about 2 hours after it should have turned them off and they were still on.....so now ive gotta figure out how to get it to work, otherwise im gonna have problems with being home to turn them off.....hopefully I figure it out.

Sorry no pictures but quick update:

The Amnesia Hazy Jones, GDP and Jilly Bean continue to flower.

Amnesia Hazy Jones is putting off a really dank floral smell.

GDP smells like dank grape/berries.

Jilly Bean has a very sweet candy orange smell which to me is the best smell here although the others smell awesome too.

My other 3 are vegging.

88 G13 Hashplant looks like a beast after being topped.

Watermelon Kush is looking good too.

Alien Sour Apple is looking good too.

All these plants seem a lot healthier than my 1st grow.....i havent made the mistakes that I made during my 1st grow....ive gone pretty light on nutrients and my watering has really been on point so far (no overwatering yet, not under watering either)

Not sure where yields will be on the current flowering plants, but I think the vegging plants will do really well now that I topped them I think yields will be generous.

Once more is happening ill update with pics.

Finally a picture update...i just took these pics, as I swapped tents to give my non-topped/flowering plants more headroom.

The watermelon kush, 88 g13 hashplant and alien sour apple have all been topped and transferred to the smaller tent.

The amnesia hazy jones and gdp were getting too tall for the small tent and have been accompanied by Jilly bean to the larger tent to resume flower.

88 g13 hashplant may get switched back to the big tent for flower in a few days....shes ready for flower....and the watermelon Kush and alien sour apple could use some more veg time so they'll remain in the smaller tent.

So I decided to switch all plants into flower 2 days ago.

My 88g13 hashplant, watermelon Kush and alien sour apple are all looking nice right now.

Jilly Bean continues to form flowers and is looking well ahead of GDP and amnesia hazy jones in terms of flowering time.

I checked my plants this morning, after feeding last night, everything seemed great.

Tonight I checked them and my Amnesia Hazy Jones and GDP were both very droopy and a few fan leaves even fell off.....idk if this is a result of over watering/feeding? The Jilly Bean was completely uneffected and still thriving....the only other thing is it was the first full day using a light timer on the big tent but the lights were on this morning and off tonight (as intended) so im leaning towards it being an issue with feeding. I failed to take pics but their coloring was just as the pics i posted recently.

All my other plants look nice and healthy, except for the 2 that were perhaps my best plants now. Im so sad about this. But I think i just gave them too much nutes, the soil was dry tonight so all plants got straight water. Hopefully they bounce back. But damn those 2 plants are stressed.

Thanksfully they have bounced back! Everything looks good now. Really cant wait for them to finish, but im still at least 7-9 weeks away.

My Jilly bean is male....i love the structure and it smells great so ive seperared it and will be collecting pollen.



My GDP and Amnesia Hazy Jones are definitely female and will continue flowering





Unfortunately no picture updates of my other 3....but G13 Hashplant smells like straight hash....and watermelon Kush has a sweet subtle watermelon smell....alien sour apple smells kinda weak in comparison right now and more like some household cleaner if I had to put a smell on it

Ok so I ended up killing the 88 G13 Hashplant due to herming

So now I have 4 females in flower

Amnesia hazy jones, GDP, Alien Sour Apple and Watermelon Kush.

I had to transfer them all into my smaller, more stealth tent....as my landlord discovered my bigger tent.....so im hoping this one goes undiscovered.

My amnesia hazy jones and GDP are both too large for this tent, but hoping they'll finish quick and strong.

My alien sour apple and watermelon Kush are nice short and topped....so at the very least those 2 should do fine.

Im gonna have to use this small tent going forward in future grows, so ill probably now only run 3 plants max, maybe 4 if I top everything.

All of them smell great....the watermelon is a very sweet smell....alien sour apple is a sour pine smell....amnesia hazy jones smells like sandalwood....and GDP has that grape-berry-purple smell to it......the watermelon and alien are topped, the GDP and AHJ arent, hence the size difference.

Just a pic update of Alien Sour Apple....this is the taller of 2 main colas from topping....she got close to the light, but hasnt got burned....hairs are just starting to turn on her....my pic doesnt do her justice but shes very frosty.
