2nd Grow need advice

Hey guys i haven't posted in a while but i am in the flowering phase of my 2nd grow that has been going a lot better then the first one, However it seems like the plant isn't making that much bud it is in the 5th week of flowering and to me something looks wrong please could you guys check out the pics below and let me know what you think. I do know I need to add some Epsom salts to the nutes i give but other then that let me know.

Here are some more details:
Strain not sure (supposed to be Cali orange)
It is a micro grow so we are using a 150 watt HPS.
Growing in 10L bags.
Got weed Nutes from a local company.{Dont know the details but they are good}
Grow space is Length: 55cm width: 40cm Height: 150cm
Got and extractor fan.
Homemade soil mix

More light. Better training. Micro grows are harder than big grows in my opinion.

More light & more nutes. Go slow & weak with nutes.

are you guys sure i need more light and nutes cause there is already some nute burn on the tips of the leaves or i assume thats what it is

I did have some leaves that had necrossis and had yellowed lower down on the plant but i took them off i dont know if that is normal or if i did something wrong to cause that

More light would help her out. At least keep feeding her as much as you are now & see what she'll do just with the light. Are you ph'ing your water? How much drainage you got? Are you feeding consistently, that changed everything for me!

Na not PHing havent got a ph reader. i am feeding when i water which is twice a week. i punched a whole lot of extra holes in the bag and made sure the soil mixture was at least 30% perlight.
