I think people will tell you that you’re a little late to be tucking new growth back down but hey if you put it on and you spread out your canopy a little so that more buds are getting light that’s a win right?

I honestly have no idea but from everything i read it was the better thing to o to increase yield. I had topped them when they were babies and they had multiple branch colas that were up about 6 inches and in flower i thought this was the best thing to do in fear they would get too high...

At this point I think they are thru stretching
I guess you can call it support for the canopy but a true scrog needs to be done prior to flip
How many plants you got there cause watering around that net might be a PITA?

Im not too worried about what I call it, will this harvest okay? It is now 2 weeks into flower. i guess i should not have levelled the canopy this late.

I "scrog'd" one of my grows....it turned out to be support for the buds and looked like yours.

Now I'm actually doing a scrog.

Huge difference. Dirk made a good point.

at this point you're opening up the canopy and will get a bit more bud for doing it.

From everything that I have read it was the best way to maximize my yield, this is my 2nd attempt at growing, my first was just 2 plants and i got 9 ounces total. I was first given 2 plants 4 months ago and thought i could put them in the window...lol So I have learned a whole lot, I fin'ed/ topped these and they got so bushy and had such tall growths i thought this was best solution.... so do you think the buds will be okay? Any suggestions ?

ty for translation... i think he was referring to yours.... really healthy and impressive!!
Not in the slightest but thank you.

My plants go through hell every set up. This round was Cal/Mg starvation, temp issues, mites and height issues.

Next time I should do better.

So to do scrog properly when is the latest that you can repot into the bigger containers... i repotted 10 days before i switched to flower, i should have installed my net then, i'm thinking. I just posted the pic from when i first repotted below... been huge work in progress since I started,,, lol between lights being too hot and getting negative pressure created etc....

What a scrog lets you do is increase yield with lower plant numbers
I usually only do one plant and fill the screen before i flip
Then the next two weeks you tuck and nip to even the canopy
Now if I was looking to do that many plants I wouldn't do a scrog
Like I said watering is going to be your biggest issue
I hope you put something to catch the runoff under them?

Yes, I did, but I have to crawl(more like worm my way) in under to water and feed... so much fun!!!

What would you suggest as i get ready to think about my next crop... how many plants? I have a 11x10 room with intake air and outtake... 2 carbon filters a 4" and 6" and 2 HPS lights...and 3 more fans moving the air...how many should i try to grow and what method or techniques give the biggest yield?
