3 month old plant, 2 month 12/12, slow bud forming

I have these bagseed, they're 1 week shy of 3 months old. They've been on 12/12 for 2 months. This is my first grow, and I don't know what's going on, or if they're just slow flowering plants. They're in FFOF, FF nutes, ummm... can't think of what else to say.

I have 3, under a 600w hps. Vegged under t5 and cfls for 1 month, then put them under the hps and 12/12.
One month after putting them under 12/12 the budsites looked like this

Today (last night), that budsite looks like this

Anyone that might be able to tell me what I'm doing wrong, that would be great. I know I didn't give you much info, but anything anyone needs to know to give me some advice, just ask.

I dont wanna say i kno ur prob.
But i had a bag seed that was 2 months old vegged under a 600 watter and shit was tiny as fuck, like 8 inches if that. I would have to say alot to do with its genetics.
Whats the temps like in there?

I am afraid either I fucked something up, or I just got bad genetics. The temps are around 72 when it's dark, when the lights are on it's around 80, but will get up to about 82-84.

I have a northern light plant in my veg area, it showed sex and i've cut/rooted 4 clones so far, I'm not sure if I should just start over with them. I don't want to, but, idk if I'm wasting my time. I have learned a lot though, so i don't think this grow would be completely a waste of time, even if I had to start over.

The plants look pretty healthy I think. The upper parts have some clawing, idk if I should flush or what. (it's gotten worse).

but otherwise, they're nice a lush, pretty big i think too. I'll have to take some pics when the lights come on, i'll have a better camera than too, to take pics of the entire plants.

I don't get how they can be so wispy after 2 months of flower under a 600......strange.
So, something is definitely wrong? Or at least, 90% most likely wrong?

Would you throw them out and piss on their grave (i mean, cut them down and just make hash, throw the NLs in there?)?

What kind of ventilation do you have? I've seen them do that when the ventilation sucks.
I have an oscillation fan, blowing over them all the time. (I'll have to take some pics of my set up later, should've thought about that). But, they're in a closet, and I have pandafilm on the inside of the door. The main door is always open, but it's light proof. I have an inline fan with a carbon filter blowing air out (when the lights are on), and a passive air intake at the bottom. Hope that makes sense.

I really thought I was doing well, like, 2 months ago.

I have a feeling they're not gonna put on any weight. Bums me the fuck out.

You have caused them to be overfertilized, and possibly overwatered, so the next time the pot gets light give them plain water...with nothing else...the buds will be all wispy because of the excess nitrogen which is what makes the new growth look like spaghetti...and also the yellowing and what I am sure there are some bad leaf tips on there somewhere...just give it water and see what happens...if it doesn't start to do better after a few cycles of plain water then I would pull it, which could take 2 weeks depending on how large the root system actually is...

Thanks for the advice. I'll give it a shot.

Will I be able to make bubble hash with them? Or would it not even be worth it?

There is def a problem. Here's some buds after 8 weeks flower....and that was under 400w hps. Is your flower area light tight? How often do you water and what are your temps?
I water every 2-3 days. I've been giving them nutes every other water (too much?). EDIT:yeah it's light tight.

Its your bag seed genetics man.. If they have been 12/12 for 2 months and look like that I would start over... I'm at 6 weeks this past Monday and my buds are huge.

What about making bubble hash with them though? Would it be worth the bother?

You should never ever ever throw away viable weed..and don't do anything hasty now...they just obviously need longer due to what looks like some environmental stress, so just water and see how it goes...it you see the buds getting bigger and what not then keep going...but if after giving water a few times you still see not a whole lot going on, then chop and hash them, or whatever you want to do with it really.
And are you totally sure of your dates?

I don't think I would be worth it at all... From now on I would make sure to get good genetics maybe from a breeder or our sponsored seed bank.
