3 Week old Seedling (autoflowering) growing very slow and bottom leaves dying

Hey everyone, so I started my first grow with some easy autoflowers. I planted 2 seeds (after they germinated) at the same time, same seed, but one seems to be growing a lot slower than the other and now the bottom leaves are starting to die. first the cotyledons died, then the first true leaves started died and now the next leaves are dying (always from the bottom up). I just dont understand why this is happening since both plants have had the exact same conditions (soil, watering, light etc.) and the one is growing perfectly fine and the other one is not. the one that is dying also took about 4-5 days longer to come out of the earth than the other one. one important thing to note is that I am growing with sunlight at my window. I know this is not best option but I dont have the space to setup a grow tent... the window faces the sun side of the building so it gets direct sunlight pretty much all day. Also im sure I didnt over water them since in the first weeks I only used a spray bottle to always keep the top soil moist but not over watered. so maybe I underwatered them? but then again why is the one growing so well and the other not?

Anyways I would appreciate to get some advice! what can i do to save the smaller plant? and is it still worth trying to save it? the top leaves seem healthy and new ones are coming, but the growth is still incredibly slow compared to the other one and also considering its an autoflower... any advice on what to do would be helpful! thanks.

You cant compare one to the other they are each their own thing and require their own care.
You need to feed them a veg nute about 150 ppms and add in some microbes. Then leave it alone till it needs to be watered again.

Sun might be too much on the one that is struggling you can get a screen like from a window and set that up so it is shaded during the brightest times of the day to see if that helps.

rotate the pots once a day.

Might just be a runt.

Hey thanks for the advice! will go buy some veg nutes tomorrow since I want to start anyways with nutes on the bigger one as soon as its next set of true leaves emerge.

So just to kind of try and understand it. the bottom leaves are probably dying because the plant is pulling food from them to support the top growth? or does that not make sense haha?
