3 weeks old should i dose them with some nutes?

i have MG all purpose plant feed(i know not the best but its all i can do) how would i go about giving them this mix like a cap full in a full glass of water or what?

its the kind you hook on the end of a hose and spray and im not guna do that cuz i dont wana risk burning only directions is spray untill soil is moist now i dont wana take any risks i only have 2 plants

it should say how much.... like it really should well do use to much its stupid to use to much use less first

but its usually inly like 3 drops per gallon but it really depends on what one you have... us just a little then learn from that

ive scrolled the thing from top till bottom and still nothing and i know i not to use to much i dont wana burn them im just guna start with a tiney does and work from there i guess

Use 1/2 teaspoon for 1 gallon water. You can increase the amount you use later once you can confirm that your plants are strong enough.

First I would advise you to not fertilize until codaledun leaves ( those first two little round ones ) have shriveled, as they provide for your plant in early stages of life and no fert is needed until they are gone. secondly I wouldn't risk using a fertilizer that lacks mixing instructions, but if you do, and it is made for dispensing from a hose feeder, why not just run the hose feeder into a bucket, and then use that. Seems best way to avoid overdose.
