31 dems to vote against Holder?

The House will vote a contempt measure against him and 31 dems might be joining. Those kinds of votes are usually pretty straight line. Sounds to me like dems are positioning for Holder to take a fall. You know there's a lot of hand-wringing in the WH wondering if the damage is greater with the investigation in the news month after month, or maybe it's time for Holder to go.

He'll be gone in five months regardless, although making this lying POS leave early will be a joyous event.
In fact, I can't wait for all of them to get the boot, this is the most corrupt administration of our lifetime.

they can but probably won't. It would set an ugly president and the kiddies in D.C. can be vindictive. There is a reason Bushney was never brought up on charges.

Will he fall on his word to protect Caesar?

Ha! Was that an unintentional pun? Fall on his word instead of sword? I don't know that it takes any loyalty to Obama for him to go. If Obama withdraws support, publicly or privately, Holder doesn't have much choice but to resign. But again, the problem seems to be which scenario is more damaging. If holder resigns it is an admission of guilt and that will be harped on till the election. If he stays then the investigation stays in the news, and who knows what new evidence comes out?

Us and them... tired of bashing Bush so you're going back to Reagan, again? We're never going to get anywhere blaming the past while having a total disregard for it.

question, can they still prosecute him after he leaves office or is that it?
They can but wont, congress wants answers now with that said if they find he in anyway authroized it or knew about it while it was active they will nail him to the cross and I would support that if it is the case.

I am sure that all admins have lied to us for years but in todays age it is just flat out going to come to the top. With that said I am still mad that it took a reporter to write a book about congres and insider trading. Proves that like it or not they are all crooks and liars. I mean really, insider trading was not a rule???? People like you and I investing and they just taking our money. Sad shit,

The thing that bugs me the most, blood is boiling, is when they released the info on Seal team 6 being the ones that got Osama. Less than 60 days later that team, most of it, was shot down in afg on the border. I mean lets just paint a target on our heros. Sad stuff

Stating historical fact isn't bashing.

It really points out the hypocrisy more than anything else. I didn't excuse anyone at all, in fact I didn't really comment on Holder at all did I?

Hyprocrosy and complete disregard for history are the calling card of the new "conservatives."

The same people that make Reagan into a conservative god are the same people that would call him a RINO and shun him from today's GOP. The man raised taxes nearly a dozen times, ran up massive deficits and compromised with Dems in order to pass bills.
If he was a politician today idiots like Hannity would crucify him on a daily basis. Jeb Bush was right
