Well I transplated the seedlings into Rockwool cubes.
Some were a little long but I squeezed them in there.
4 of the black ice still haven't popped yet but the rest did.
I don't know what their problem is but I left them in the paper towel to see if they end up sprouting.
i got the paper towel really wet... Maybe they just need to be soaked more.
im hoping they pop

any advice on hermies guys, im panicking as found one in my ww x bb grow, , gutted, pulled her and chopped her but worried now the others might be infected, how long have i got before it shows or should i just chop the lot anyways, week early on the 10 weeks i said i'd let em go... what i can do????

Me, you, and beech all had hermies..
as long as the hermies aren't showing any balls yet you should be fine

showing balls? one of the fuckers has got little immature seeds in her.... the disadvantages of not being able to see them more than once a week, i missed it, hope the other are ok, found another earlier that was starting to go and 1 more with a dead sac so i pulled them all mate, they were ALL gonna be UNsensimelia, the rest look ok though, 2 weeks to slow dry and i can give final verdict... initial verdict.... fk ww x bb and fk female seeds, they should have stabilised this strain by now, its been around long enough.. lol. thanks for help and advice, truly appreciated buddy.

Man don't be hating on the seed company so fast. It may have just been one perticular pheno you got. I have 3 different phenos from some random seeds I got from my brother, one of the 3 has hermied, the other 2 are clean. Just luck of the draw I think. Also you said they were at 10 weeks right? How long is it supposed to go? I will say any time I've gotten a few nanners on a plant its never dropped enough pollen to make it off the plant and pollinate any of my others.

yeah i know, im just pissed atm, they were 62 days in, says 8 week strain, this mo fo had to be the one positioned right in front of my oscillating fan... woulda spread the shit every where and found 7-8 dry empty sacs, so enough to do the 9 plants in there for sure.

Here is the almost end product of what has been a fascinating, intruiging, worrying, pleasurable-fact-finding-first-time-for-a-few-things, for me, type of grow, height issues, long flowering time, fucking hermies, chuckle.... hope the Bella's aren't this stressful hee hee.. will update on dry weight/condition and smoke report as soon as they are dry in around 10-14 days

bigger ac bigger the better 9000 btu wonk keep up ide get min 15000 a general rule is 5 btu for every 1k light and im sure later your gona step it up with a co2 generator so another 5 or 10 k btu ide get as big as one as I could afford to buy youll be thanking your self later you did yes those ac cost 2 grand but if u can add a window unit walmart online 28 thousand btu 650 bucks cheap

Hell man 62 days shouldn't be to bad if they are supposed to be 8 weeks. They might have been just a little early from the looks, but they look like good nice sized buds man!

I have 1 9000 btu air conditioner and one 7000 btu air conditioner on the side just in case. One is also a combo that can run simultaneously as a dehumidifier.
In my neck of the woods temperatures usually pretty nice on average, except the summer. I ran 2000 watts last grow with one 7000 btu air condition in very hot temperatures and it had no problem keeping the room cool. I have a fan attached to the lights and pull air from a cold place. This helps me alot on being able to keep the temperatures exactly where I like em. I maybe one day might consider getting a window unit, once I have a type of wall for my room where I could build one in. It would also save floor space. Around this time, is where I think I'd be stepping up to co2 when the room is all sealed up. Good suggestions man, and thanks for looking out!

The reserva privada seeds are all doing really well. Not one mutant is visible in the 9/13 that have popped out of the rockwool cubes.
They all look very healthy.
out of the 15/23 black ice that germinated and are planted in rockwool(1 more just germed so i have 20/23 1 needs to be put in rockwool)
3-4 mutants are visible. One more is going to be mutant i think I just cant be sure yet.
So far Reserva Privada is outdoing Cali connections.

For an experienced grower, and I'm sure you are better than me, you seem to have lots of issues with genetics. Either poor genetics or just a lack of quality seeds/clones to start with. This issue plagued me for my 1st 3 grows. Clones from craigslist,, hermies, poor bud quality, low yields. Some of this was due to me fucking up here and there, but I came to realize the importance of knowing the plants you're growing. I finally got a hold of a handful of strains I like and have been cloning them for over 6 months. I'll toss a couple new ones in each grow and take cuts pre-flower. If the results are good, i keep it. if not, in the trash.
We need a reliable source for clones with proven genetics. My life would be much easier without clonex, humidity domes and mother plants. The overall count would be lower also.

I think with these last few batches it has been rough. The reason I think is that the seeds were the last picks of the batch. These im currently working on were the last of their stock.
Ive just been kind of intrigued by black ice og, but if these seeds dont become what i'd like them to be im going to have to say goodbye.
If I find a good pheno im going to try to keep it around a while... These Reserva Privada are coming out really nice though..
From the same bank, but much better quality.
