4 Auto strains 2nd time ever grow after massive failure on 1st!

Hi all I spent 16 weeks growing Girl Scout cookies and they ended up re vegging due to me changing the lights timing! Turned into total shit but hey I learned a ton! So now here I am 3 weeks into a new grow! Switched to a Spider Farmer 2000 light huge upgrade! Now using dry amendments Gaia Green 2-8-4 and 4-4-4 in coco with perlite and earth worm castings. Stopped using alkaline water now using ph’d 6.2-6.5 faucet water. I have a two hose air bubbler on the water 24 hours before each water in order to deplete the salts. Lighting is 20 on 4 off and off time is during peak heat times here in LA. I water only when almost dry and so far they are loving the environment. Any thoughts, question or comments are always welcomed! All new are autos from Seed Supreme. I’m growing 2 Auto Blueberry XXL, 1 auto Blue Dream matic, 1 auto Moby Dick XXL and 1 auto White Widow X Big Bud in 5 gallon fabric pots. Cheers to all and fingers crossed for success!117E0D7E-6AF8-49B2-AF80-FA2D886ABCE9.jpeg

Hey bud! Also 11 days in on autos with sf2000! Watch out for bleaching!!! I've noticed if you slip and your youngsters grow into the light during the day it gets too close for full power, I've also a few mobys so I'll be using your pics for reference next week lol

I'm always amazed that new growers anxious to learn about growing canabis complicate their lives by growing multiple strains at the same time. I know it's too late to change things this go-round, but you should rethink growing 1 of as many as possible for the next grow.
With most strains, and especially with autos, the 6 feminized (for example) seeds that come in a pack will likely yield at least 3 identifiably different phenotypes. The may share a lineage, but they may have different growth rates, nutrient requirements, etc.. When you create a grow with 6 completely different strains you just make your learning curve that much harder.
If you want to ensure your long term success, create grow journals for the strains you try. Document what you did, what problems you ran into, and what you did to correct them. That way when you find a strain you really like, you can grow a tent full successfully at a future grow.

Grow photo's unless you have a reason for growing auto's indoors under lights. If you can't think of a reason then don't grow auto's.

I've yet to see a successful grow without issues using mr. canuck's method with coco.
Maybe you'll be the first.
Good luck.

P.S. - There's an Official Gaia Green Method thread in the Organics section.......none of them use coco.
You mean this isn't a successful grow? Screenshot from one of his video's. :spew:

Why anyone would follow this guys advice defies logic.

The problem I’m seeing with coco is the fact that it doesn’t seem to get wet if that makes sense. I guess that’s why Matt uses so much perlite. However the clothe pots and coco do breathe well. Roots are growing at an insane rate!

I was honestly one if his biggest fans until I realized he was just to busy in his personal life to grow as much as he does. I should say plant as much because a lot of his grows go to shit due to his lack of maintenance. I’m very proud of myself however for just digging in and learning so much off of many different YouTube’s. If I fail it sux but for every mistake I learn something. I don’t want to jinx this grow but at the moment my 5 plants are doing well so far. One which is the white widow seems to be a very slow grower but I just keep at it and hopefully it explodes. I appreciate all of you for your help and opinions! Be well smoke well and grow big! ✌

I grow in straight coco without any perlite. I never have any watering issues. It dries out faster with perlite.
