So its week 5 day 1 and things were getting crowded so I did a good trim in there so the buds had some room to grow.
Not much else going on the buds are just fattening up now and covering themselves in beautiful trichs.
Probably start flushing in a week and a half to 2

Temps are sitting at 73-76 with the light on and 67-71 with light off humidity is 30-40 consistently.

I'm really liking the room now I went through various setups before making this beauty lol.

My light is on from 5pm to 5am to beat the cold night temps up here in the north and it helps heat up my house during night. my veg grow right beside it and clones above are on at 5am off at 11pm the bud room at night keeps the veg plants and clones warm at night ,just as they keep the bud room warm during the day while the lights are off in there. Also noted putting my clone chamber on top of my bud room keeps the roots warm and makes for quick clones

What are the dimensions of your box?

Also what are the specs of the fan you are using to remove heat?

I'm building a very similar box and I am debating an air cooled reflector, or just doing it like you have, but will need to add a scrubber to make the wife happy.

Im just getting ready for work rite now so ill measure the whole thing out tonight when i get home and post it for you.
the fan is a 4 inch vortex 172 cfm inline fan for outtake, works perfectly for a 400w light.
I got a carbon filter from a buddy for free but when I use it my fan cant keep up with the heat.......BUT this carbon filter is ment for a much larger fan so its obvious why that wont work lol.

Thanks man. I am going to run a 400 MH/HPS and the 6" Vortex fan with a scrubber. Still trying to figure out if I want to try an air cooled reflector or not. I'm thinking a 3x3 or 3x4.

with the 6" vortex you wont need the air cooled hood, especially for a 400w, I can get mine so close it bleaches the buds white so i don't think you need the hood at all. My old room was 4x4 and did very well with 4 or 6 plants for me. 3x4 sounds good. this new room I made is built bigger for a future upgrade to 2 400's or a 600.

So its almost week 6 and almost flush time :hump:

The room is getting real frosty now and the buds are filling out after the trim i gave them :-P

temps and humidity are the same as always. So im going down island tomorrow to the hydro shop (3 hour drive :sad:

) and i want some new nutrients. I currently have advanced 3 part base nutes and a gallon of bud candy, but i want to try some new additives for veg and bloom what are your suggestions??

I went to my shop the other day and got some "Green Fuse Bloom Stimulator". I haven't seen anyone use it but thought I would give it a go. I can't really recommend it because I just used it for the first time yesterday. It was $40 but you only use 3/4 tsp at a time.

sorry bout all these shitty pics my camera sucks balls, and I have been working late so I never get home before my lights are on most days

(promise some night pics this weekend)

so I take back what I said earlier about it not stinking its starting to smell dank now, kinda sweet skunky Oder, this is strange because my last run with this strain did not smell much

whatever the case i like it!!

week 7 starts on Sunday so one more nute feeding then its time to flush er out.

I have also noticed a huge bump in trichome production and girth since using the overdrive and ya i think it might just be the fact that its about the same time the plant start really packing the weight on but still I would highly recommend this product to anyone using advanced nutrients.

They look GREAT dude! Keep up the good work, are you gonna continue the AN 3 part for future grows? I think it works great but I think I'm gonna try something different next time for the hell of it.

Ya I think im going to try out something else soon just to see.

Here are the night time pics they suck because I was rushing before the light came on and tried a few with the flash witch was a fail so I held a light while taking the rest lol sorry bout the expert camera work. bongsmilie
