Ok let me start by saying I know I might of fucked up. Ok now that I got that outta the way ok so I had 2 plants growing in the same pot an decided to keep them together but then tonight I made a possible deadly choice an I seperated the 2 there only about 2 weeks old an we're pretty small but anyway I split them up an lost a great deal of bottom roots all together is there still a chance for my plants to make it they both made it out with about 2 inchs of roots an losted about 75% of what they had could they re-grow the lost roots or did I just completely kill them ? ? ? ?

I'm sure they will be able to survive however they will go through a lot of stress. You will need to give them some rooting hormone to help them recover. I'm sure people with more experience can give you more details.
