I’m gonna be transplanting soon. Any particular way I need to drill holes for drainage ? How many ? And where?

I’m forced to keep it small . Can’t have it going over 5 ft maybe even smaller .

Well I still suggest a larger pot, at least 10 gallon. Otherwise you may end up having to water two or three times a day later on down the road.

Drill holes 1inch up the sides nothing on bottom that way it will hold more water. toss crushed stone in bottom 1 inch
