I said I would be back so here we go again!

I want to hear all your thought on this grow, I don't do this for myself I do it for the good of the site so help me feel like you give a S%$# add give me some feedback or whatever, chatter is welcome in this journal.

I will add a bit about the plants in the veg room but for the most part I will be posting on the flowering room.

I have 4 Hydro and 1 dirty plant that just entered the flowering room. I want bigger root balls on them before I flip to 12/12, so I have kept my 20/4 schedule for now and ordered root excelurator from H&G to help speed that process. Three days ago I brought these babies over from the veg room and man did they take off, jumping from a 250 watt metal hid to the 600w hps really made a huge difference in there vigger.

Im running Advanced nutes 1.2 EC, tap water but no C02 this grow. I feel that the C02 is not doing much more then venting out the exhaust. I guess we will see?

Ph 5.5-5.8
Room Temp 20-29
Strains in the flower room are El Nino and Train wreck.
TGA Ace of Spades in the veg room

That about Rounds that out.

Feel free to ask any questions

Here are the plants 3 days ago

These girls a drinking like crazy!!!

I changed the light wattage to 600w and light cycle from 24 on to 20/4 and started running my pump24/7 and now these plant are on a runaway!! I can't belive the difference these few easy tweeks made in my grow!

I was planning on going for another week or so in veg but these babies are just getting to big to wait.

Ill keep you posted but it looks like I will flip this weekend.

Looking good to me, I am also switching my light cycle from 24 hours today... I made the mistake of just letting it go all day sometimes I'd turn it off for a couple hours for foliar feeding but that's about it. Going to setup a timer finally and give them that darkness they need, it probably won't be total darkness but it will be like full on moonlight darkness. Yours are looking nice and bushy!

You mention the bushy part, I did minimal training to get them there.

The Secret is I took the cutting about 3 weeks into flowering. When I did that there was no distinct leader and so the auxins were distributed to all the branches. Every shout had a chance to take the lead and they all stretched out. This is my first time trying this method of supercropping. Seems to be a good way to grow perpetually at this point. If anyone want me to go deeper into this I will be glad to take some closeup pictures of the stems so you can see exactly how the plants grow out from the flowering clone, just ask.

later!

All of my five plants are the same age, from two mothers which have been harvested already but the point is take a look at the difference when the conditions are the same how much bigger and faster hydro plant perform.

The dirt plant has been getting the lst put to her, but they all got a bend here and there.

There's only one dirt plant, can you find it. I think for the sake of room im going to grow my mothers in dirt but this could be my last dirt grow.

This is the last night of 20/4 lighting. It's starting to get cooler at night here so that means I can crank the light up to 1000 watts!!!

the ladies are looking really good can't wait to see these babies stretch out. They're going to be huge!!!!!

Day before the flip,

Down to the last 10 litres of res water, all I was doing is letting the ladies drink off the rest of the res before the flip and one mistake cost me dearly.

When I adjust my PH in my res I always take my pump offline so not to feed my plant straight PH down. works great in theory if you always pump the pump back online, well yeterday that was not what happend so the ladies when without being watered for 24 hours I have what looks like about 20%-30% root damage. Thats a bad day.

So plan is stay in veg to get over the shock for another week.

And I can't even blame it on my wife!?

After yesterdays watering issue I was thinking I would have stressed my plants, but today they are right back at it, never skipped a beat.

I am going to flip tonight, I removerd the dirt plant from the flowering room. It was just no where near big enough to compete with the hydro girls. Im going to keep it in the veg room and play with it. Maybe Ill do a monter scrog with it or somthing.

The girls in the flowering room are between 38cm and 48cm high and there all 48cm around.

I have never vegged a plant this long before so the size will be a new management challenge. I really want to see a good harvest, last one was a disappointment for me.

Side note: I cracked another TGA ace of spades, now I will have two from seed going in the veg room. By doing that I had to sacrifice one of the elnino plant to stay within my plant count but who cares? Im really hoping can find a really beautiful purple/pink pheno in those two.

Ok, here are the pics before tonights flip:

Into the strech phase. the girls have filled up the grow space and are streching up. Very strong and health. They are drinking like crazy, about one liter per plant per day. No ph flucuation just easy going great grow, almost effortless.

Here are some pictures, not starting to bud yet, about another week or so.

This is going to be epic, by far my best grow.
What are the chances I will pull 120 grams per plant?
Wouldn't that be awsome!!

Peace :weed:

Your closet's filling out nicely, are you screening them to keep the under control during flower? Or are you just going to lst and let them go?

Looks great Matt! I'm growing EL nino myself and been searching crazy for info on the plant.

El nino is a light feeder, Looks crazy frosty in the grow but yields light in my opinion. In all fairness I stunted her the first time around feeding her to much to early. If she's not amazing this harvest I'm going to drop the strain. My Train wreck is a superior plant all around as of the first harvest. I have TGA's Ace of Spades in veg Which I'm very excited about. I never had a pink purple strain before :weed:

Good luck with your grow, keep an eye out I will post photos all the way to harvest on the El nino

I used a supercrop meathod where you take cutting from a flowering plant. There is no main stem just a bunch of shots, the plant have very minimal training done and all I plan to do from hear on is support the branches as they get heavy. If you look you can see that the one el nino has four mains and the rest have more, the most is 11 on the one train wreck. If all goes well it should be a great why to control the canopy with minimal effort.

Peace

"Welcome to the jungle" has been stuck in my head for the last three days!! Everytime I go into my grow room I chuckle a bit and start singing it:lol:
I'm sure there is a few of you on here that can relate.

Train Wreck has taken the lead she's about 10cm taller then the El nino now.

The way it looks now my flowering room is going to be completely full! I have taken the light almost to the top of the cabnet and have about half a meter maybe more of room left to grow.

I will post pictures of the jungle early next week

Peace!!
