5 weeks into flower and hermie characteristics.Finish or chop?

Hello all, I need some advice on my grow but first some info on my garden and strains.

I have a:
4' X 3 1/2' X 6 ' tall grow closet

400 watt HPS

150 watt HPS

exhaust fan with carbon filter

intake duct fan

oscillating fans

strains:

Pineapple Kush

Northern Lights

Sour D

medium and nutes:

Fox Farm ocean forest soil

Advanced nutrients Iguana Juice Grow & Bloom

Advanced nutrients Overdrive

The plants are around 5 weeks into flower and I just started noticing what look like to me as seeds immature seeds but seeds none the less . I also noticed what I would interpret as nanners and pollen sacs.

This is what I think happened.... Last harvest my pineapple kush went too long around 9 weeks and I noticed the same problem but much later on in the flower cycle. My understanding is that when a plant flowers for too long it creates a male to pollinate and produce seeds as a last ditch effort to continue its way of life. I think the pollen from that plant was some how transferred to my current crop and now Im screwed.

well I smoked that 9 week plant and it was some of the best shit I grew...mad couch lock but some pollen sacks and a few seeds that were a pain in the ass to remove.

My Question is?

If I were to let them finish 3 more weeks will it be smokable like my last fu** up or should I just chopp um and start over. I also wanted to add that the sour D plant in my garden is just starting to preflower is it too late to save her or is she pollinated? sorry if Im rambling on this post but after this big disappointment I needed to medicate very heavily. Thanks in advance for any advice.

i had this happen last year. i was 4 week into flowering and found seeds only on 1 plant though, i decided to let it grow coz it allready had been pollinated and still pulled just over an ounce of it. the smoke was still nice just not as potent as the rest of my female plants. if you want some bud and can deal with the seeds grow it out . but thats what id do

Thanks man I feel better =^) I was also wondering ... I put a sour d in the flower room two weeks ago and its just showing phistles do you think she got pollinated?
