5 x 3590 kit from Cutter - dead driver?

I've got a Growmau5 5x3590 kit from Cutter electronics and recently assembled it. I built a rail with 2 LEDs and one with 3. When i connected the 3 LEDs to the driver it was working just fine. After adding LEDs 4 and 5 i switched it on and had light from 5 LEDs..... for about half a second.

So Now I'm wondering if it was a good idea to connect 5 LEDs to the 250W driver. It is a Pairui LGSU-250-C1400D.

Any ideas what the problem could be? I assume the driver is fried and i have to get a bigger one.
Any suggestions which driver to use? Perhaps 2 instead of one?

Also, electronics are a little bit like painting by numbers for me so I don't really know how to test the individual LEDs or the driver so any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks!

You could disconnect the driver and check it for output with a meter. I dont think its good to run the driver for long without a load, but it would rule the driver out.
You should get around 197v.

If its putting out, you probably have a short. That driver has short circuit, and over current protection.

If those are 72 volt cobs you might not be pushing enough voltage with that driver led gardener has a tool to look that up
