well my car was here in SO~CAL, but i was in fresno wen i got a call saying all the windows r gone, doors a lil beatin in, and slashed tires...i was a fucking asshole not too long ago. people change tho.

I'm having this conversation with my wife. I'm glad I'm legal, cause she'd snitch on me!!!

But the way I was raised, you don't say shit. No matter what. Yes, calling the cops would be an easier way to keep the person's belongings, but that's not the rule on the streets. The rule is, you don't talk to cops. No matter what. You just don't snitch. Street justice.

Yes, I would like someone to tell me personally, so I can be the one against three and put my own life on the line. Not my neighbors. I would rather exact MY OWN revenge against these guys than the law. Don't get me wrong, the law has it's purpose. And if you want to call them, fine. That's your choice. I wont. I'm going to get mine.

they were in front of my house trying to stuff a screaming girl into a car at 5am. she was screaming for HELP. we called the police. but not before i stopped them. while in my jammies, no less. :fire:

you don't know what you will do until you do it. every situation is unique. a person can't just say "well what i would do is ...". 9 times out of 10, that's not what they do.

in my expierance you dont need 6 people to steal a car, but it would seem to me that a person has locked his keys in a car which would of required a further 5 more people to give advise on how to break in!!!!!

Come on... you know they were breaking into that car. Wether they owned it or not is a different story.

Fade, you're right. If someone's life was in danger (or percieved to be in danger) I'm sure I wouldn't just sit there and not say shit. Yes, every situation is different. But for something like a car being stolen; that is why you're SUPPOSED to have insurance on your car. If you decide not to, than you follow the rules of the street and hope that everyone around you does as well.

You're right. In California you don't have to legaly have insurance for your car being stolen; but it's a good idea to be insured for it if you're already paying for insurance and you have a car that may be stolen.

Just my $0.02.

Smith and Wesson M&P 15-22. Scaled down version of the 223, but with .22 ammunition. Semi-auto with a 30 round clip(10 by california law, but fuck the law) and it's legal in california with no special permit. Just have to be 18 with no felonies.

That being said, this is the new scenario. Look out the widow to see 6 "brothers" trying to break into a car. Grab the 22 and walk to the door. Open the door and stand on front porch with 22 in-hand. "What the fuck are you guys doing?!" What's gonna happen, they're going to either confront you(not a good idea) or take off. If they confront you tell them what's up and if they brandish a weapon, unload. No need for the cops to be called and anyone with half a brain will not try to escalate the situation when you're hold a military style rifle or even a handgun for that matter.

I don't care if you rent or not, that's your HOME, correct? Make sure bad things don't happen where you can see them out your window. You would want someone to do the same for you, right?

Remember, anyone can buy one of these bad boys for $499.00 plus tax. about 550 out the door and they're even at big 5. Arm yourselves RIU, the revolution is coming. stay strong :peace:

And for 550 you could buy a .45 with a husky 32 round clip off someone on the street or at a gun show it would be a lot more concealable to.Id still like to have that rifle though Id fuck some stop signs up on new years eve with it lol,if only I didn't have these felonies.
And what happens when they dont have a weapon but still try and come at you/take your gun?And it will happen people are stupid now.You unload and your ass is gonna end up having to plead guilty to man slaughter or attempt and the DA will argue and say you should of minded your own buisness and just called the cops,but if they take it your gonna end up getting filled with holes lol.

I can't legally own a handgun in CA. You have to be 21. So thats the plus side. Plus you can buy the 223 barrel for it and convert. I'm not worried about how small the rounds are, because with a 30rd clip im going to hit you more than once, and I've got the hollow tips. Got a bolt action 22 that's about 18 inches long, but 7 round clip and having to cock it each time isn't going to work.


I'm still considering buying a glock or a nice 357. We'll see when the money comes.

Id get a silencer for that shit to im pretty sure you can own them in CA you might need to pay a tax or something on them though.

This is one of those cases where I'd say fuck it, the car had to be insured and is replaceable. If it were more serious, your neighbor was being beaten then that's different.

You were seen, you could really be at risk or your family or house or something turning in the wrong 6 dudes even if amateurs especially if amateurs.

Even if it were yours, you'd say fuck it? FUCK THAT. You're welcome to do what you want. But if someone is trying to steal mine or my neighbor's property I feel it is my duty to do something IF I CAN. If I'm not armed or there are small children around I MIGHT think better of it.
