Ok i have a 5-6 feet plant in my closet under

1, 42w daylight CFL
4, 26w daylight CFL

on 12/12

its 2 weeks into flowering, and has about a bowlpack of actuall BUD on it.

im using 20-30-20 burn safe ferts, its really helping alot.

but my plant seems like it wants to get taller more than bud i have to raise the lights every 2-3 days, its 100% female though with white hairs EVERYWHERE

I trimmed a few leaves on the lower half of the plant and i think i rly messed up doing it because its not wantn to bud as much since iv done that..

what should i do?

You need alot more light for a 6ft plant. Im guessing it is really lanky. It wants to get taller because it is streaching for more light!

i agree.. you need A LOT more light for a plant that big... that is a light starved plant... it takes a LOT more light to flower than it does to veg grow... thats why you only see a bowls worth of bud... that and you have another 6-8 weeks of flowering and growth... but to get any kinda real results up the amount of lights you have by about 400ws...

good luck

you can't really do much this late in the game, you should probably just start over with more light. I suggest buying a small hps system as they're quite cheap, can be used throughout the entire grow and are cheaper than CFLs in the long run. CFLs will only get you light fluffy buds at best, you need a HPS to get those tight buds, trust me on that one.

if you want to keep heat down and stick with floros get some sunleaves satellite IV HO floros... they will give you buds like a 400w hps will... each ballast is 420w and uses tt105 compact floro tubes... total ballast output is 44,000 lumens.. im still going to purchase some 1000w hps's for my flower room when i get the $... because 4000w's split between four points is a lot more intense than 4000w being split between 10 points... but if they every figure out how to make a 1000w floro ballast like mine i will gladly give up my hps lamps for them... check my journal if you want to see... links in my sig...
