And to everyone else who has chimed in, thanks..
Haha no one knows about my hobby except the missus,
So this is the only place I can discuss gardening issues.

I am exploring all these exotic causes after these 3 months but I cant help but feel the problem is a basic one and I am just missing it staring me right in the face...

The brown leaf tips suggest nutrient burn, but the leaves get lime green before the tips turn brown. Especially the veins... Nutrient toxicity should turn the leaves darker, right?

not always, sometimes toxicity just locks out the plant from eating .....which is somehow going on in your situation.....i have read the whole thread twice and i truly have no answers.

it looks nute burnt...not saying that's the case, but that's what it looks like.
maybe get some coco, and some bottled water, try isolating the problem. if you get brand new, different medium, and use bottled water, and have success, then you know it's one of those two things...
if it's not, then it's likely an environmental factor...not that i can imagine what it would be at the moment

Not sure what's going on either, wish you stayed with us, you haven't posted for 3 weeks, we probably would have figured it out if we followed a seedling from the start with you telling us each step.
Has to be the soil or something you mixed in the soil or something you put in the water. I doubt it is the seeds if they are all germinating quickly.
So what have you added to the soil or added to the water? Anything?

Can you list everything in the room or take pics? Is there a refrigerator or something? If yiu move then to a windowsill do they recover. Get some out of the room to prove its the room or the medium

Eurekaaaaaa!!!!!!

It was the soil.
Seems like the manufacturer of the soil I use changed their formulation, it was too rich for the seedlings.

I was going through all sorts of exotic scenarios, and I figured if something is wrong, it is more probably something very basic...
So got yet another soil brand, and a seedling goes into pure coco too.

It has been 7 days and all three babies are healthy and growing.

Ahhhh happy days are here
