6 Plant 2000W Strain Mandala #1, ShiskaBerry, HashTastic

Hey Folks,

New to rollit, transfer from grasscity. Figured i would start a journal over here and get to know all of you. I have seen from looking around it seems like a little bit more advice giving and friendly crowd over here. So here are the specs on the grow, and any and all qeustions are welcome and advice is always priceless.


Room/Equip Specs:

Room 10'x10'
Panda Film on the walls: Will say this, this stuff is AMAZING, had great luck, and easy to wipe down, and SUPER durable.
2- 1000 watt switchable ballasts
1- 48" Parabolic: I have vented this parabolic. Its an experiment i am trying to see if it works, SO FAR SO GOOD. Will get more into this later.
1- Sunmaster Heavy Yeilder 6" air cooled hood.
Air Cond.
12 inch osc. Fan.
6 inch Cyclone Inline.
Room Temps stay at 73 deg F. during lights on, 65 deg F. during lights off.


PLANT/Soil SPECS

Promix HP Bio 60%
Perlite Big and Chunky 40%

3 Gallon Growbags: Just the plastic kind, i have punched holes from top to bottom for a ventilated bag, and root pruning does seem to be taking affect, roots have been showing out the holes i punched ,tips die off, so only can imagine the inner root structure is doing the same thing as a felt bag.

Nutes I am running are from Nutrilife. They are the A,B,C Performance Powders and so far i can say, (being a fox farm man before these) that they will be 100% my Vegging nutes, but we will see what they do in bud. I am running the cycle of Nute, Fresh Water, Nute, Fresh water, etc. Ph is 6.4, soil ph is running 6.4-6.6 depending on cycle took, lower being on fresh water days.

Now for the plants.

Right now i am running, since i am a medical grower and only allowed 12 plants, i have 2 Mandala #1, 2 ShiskaBerry, and 2 HashTastic.
All were put in the flowering room at 20". They were put in the day before 4/20 since that day, was my vacation day . Today would be 4 days since they have been 12/12 and i currently am at 25" avg.

Left to right. The are arranged from left to right with the back plant being the same as the front so the far left front and back are the HashTastic, Middle Front and Back are the Mandala #1 and the right hand side Front and back plant are the ShiskaBerrys.



So i will keep a regular update guys and would love to hear all your feedback and comments and happy to answer ANY qeustions anyone has. Been growing for about a yr now, so i am no pro, but i have hit a few bumps and bruises along the way and willing to share what i know, as i hope other growers out there will share there knowledge here to not only help me along the way, but for the growers who are gonna follow. Nuted the plants last night, and went and measured and have a 27 inch avg. now, man they are just packin it on during the stretch. The branches are THICK, and the stalks the same. Cant wait to get some hairy pics up. Wondering if anyone has exper. with the Nutrilife and if its ok to run the fox farm advance trio, (open seasame, cha ching?

Mandala has the Mandala#1 in 50 packs for 110 dollars right now.Ive ran over 40 M#1 seeds and have had some good smoke.I even ran the Mandala #1 fems Mike made in 08.One pheno of the fems was some of the best smoke Ive ever grown.You probably have the pheno which he shows in his Mandala#1 pics,it is the dominent pheno which showed up on me about 90% of the 40 or so M#1 plants Ive grown.Good looking grow,nice and clean

Thanks Dale, I got what looks like a christmas tree, really showing sativa like branching. But so far i have noticed she is the most picky of the three strains i am running

lights on in 15 minutes, WHO WANTS PICS?

Man oh Man are they getting bigger, they are startin to show hairs, so bud porn should be along sometime coming up here really soon. I know its kinda boring right now guys but hang in there, they will grow up LOL

Figured i would show you a neat little picture of what i got off my last plants. 1 gram nug on a sunleaf.

Nice grow, ive been using foxfarm nutes interesting to hear the difference between it and a different brand, i use 3 gallon smart pots seems like there doing better in them so far though ive only been using for veg as this will be my first cycle using them. Also i always top my plants during veg then scrog when i move into my tent, this past run was the first time i did it and the results are insanely better now instead of using 6 plants to my 4x4 tent ill only be using 4 next run and im definitly gonna move up to 5 or 7 gallon pots as they suck through water when there topped and are massive.

So far, the improvements i have seen the biggest difference in my grow is, i moved from 5 gal. buckets to the grow bags, I switched to 24/0 in veg, and started using the NutriLife instead of fox farm. I seen a HUGE difference in what my plants looked like this veg round compared to ANYTHING i have ever grew before and even my buddies plants which are the same clones and he is using fox farm and is now switching to the NutriLife. My plants are twice as thick (stem and branches) more nodes, and just overall healthier then the same plants being ran with fox farm. I have only ran a scrog once. I think it would have worked ALOT BETTER for me if i wouldnt have ran it along side 3 other 4ft plants LOL NOOBIE MISTAKE THERE.

Hmmm I'm gonna have to look into that though I think it'd be a while b4 I switch flower mutes as I still have a lot of the fox farm flower powders left

Yeah, i have abunch of the FF left too. I tryied yesterday, to put a couple of dabs of open seasame with my fresh water, I am gonna find out if the Advanced Macros, might be able to be used with Nutri
