The amount of plants doesn't matter. It can be one plant or sixty four, the canopy size is the same.
Your problem will be due to having autos, like seed stock, finishing times wont be consistent. If you use photos next time and then clone one of those plants your finish time will be the same for the whole tent.

Getting there .. one plant (gorilla zkittlez) looking good . Maybe ready to chop soon no?

the other (strawberry pies) have mainly fluffy buds with few solid ones but not many.Most buds very small but lots of brown hairs now so wondering what to do with these ones.. just les e them go more time I guess.

That's some poor advice.
40% is borderline o.k., 20% is far too low; neither is ideal.
There's nothing different about growing an autoflower vs. growing a photoperiod plant. Any site suggesting otherwise should be ignored.

thanks. I am looking to harvest at optimal time for the best couchlock type of high if possible.
I am looking at the trichomes and they are mostly clear or cloudy with a minimal amount of Amber. Do I wait for a majority of Amber for the high I am looking for or just a few.

Don't bother flushing at all!! Ever!

They are far from being ready

When all those hairs turn brown and retract the buds will swell hard.. then you can look at the trichs

at least 3 weeks to go , they will swell and if let them go longer they will end hard like nuggets

thanks. I have read that there is new evidence that flushing is not require but also a lot of different opinions.

Hmmm a couple of plants have very “airy”buds..

Will they thicken up or is that it as surely only a couple of weeks to go.

There is no absolute in time whether Auto or Photoperiod plants - they are running the show. Your grow environment for them will dictate the actual finish. Also , there is zero need to flush - IF you fed them with some control and not blast them with nutes. You should harvest a plant as healthy as it was during grow , it just doesn’t magically drop dead because you think it’s done.

Take “ breeder estimates “ on finish time and yield with a huge shaker of salt.

They get done when they get done.

Yours need more time period , calyx needs to swell , bulking / weight , pistil maturity, etc.
Having the lack of patience will your biggest threat.

Also look over your flower tops - browning , dead shit. Etc.

thanks .. they don’t seem to have any density to the buds. When you pruning what would you suggest I prune? Just anything blocking light from bud sites etc?

You do not want ANY dead sugar leaf to grow into your bud sites. It can cause mold and or bud rot. They still have a good bit of time to go.

Yeah, the under canopy stuff. Lots of things factor into bud density -not the least of which is the cultivar, itself. I've grown different strains side-by-side in the same space and some plants produced dense buds and others didn't. Just give them an ample amount of time to ripen and bulk up.
