600 V.S. 1000watts

:wall:can anyone tell me the big differents between a 600 watt and a 1000 wat system. im not to sure if i want the light bill to go thriugh the roof. i have a 4x4 tent plan on running a ebb& flow system with rockwool 6x6x4 in a tray. my hood is a blockbuster at this time im running the 600 watt in the blockbuster and a 6 inch inline fan. i just want to know if it will be worth spending more money.? lol
 
i did have a 4x4 tent witha 600 in it and then added another 400 to it , the heat problems were a bitch, ive had a few more grows and to honest i wouldnt go above the 600 in that space, the results were just about the same. not worth the extra elec bills imo.
 
if you wanna spend sum money then get sum low wattage cfls for around the sides to get better canopy penetration
 
you ordered 'bags seeds'? i only ever use femenized seeds myself but i thought that the definition of bag seed was what you got when u bought some weed and there were some seeds in it.??? or am i just being a bit dense tonite. ive got a broken nose, a sore head and ive had few lines of coke so it could be me.
 
no its not u i ordered from attitude about 15 breeds thats y im asking all these questions, lol this next grow got to be wright
 
If i was you i would go with a 600mh for your veg room that is all you need. but i would go big in a difrent room with a 1000w hps to flower some nice buds. and that way i keep down the power and get good buds. put 6 plants in veg room 6 plants in flowering. then got a stealth case for my clones so cops dont take my clones becuse im only alowed 12 plants.
 
Sounds like Michigan. My goal with a 12 plant limit is going to be 7 in flower, 1 mother + 4 clones in veg, all spaced 10 days apart. Take a clone and harvest a plant every 10 days.
 
I live in washington were the pigs run wild rofl. I am just trying to keep from geting noticed or i would run three 1000w lights. wish i could but dont want the po po cracking down. i try and go for a scrog so i am always harvesting personal. i just take clones from my stealth mother hiden in a stealth cab with my clones. Then every time i harvest i take 6 plants from veg room and put in flowering room and wait 3 months for another couple ounces. 1000w is perfect for 6 plants i have never needed more light perfect for fat hard buds. Every once and a whyle i will trade some clones for clones and mix it up then i got more then 12 plants i should not take that risk but have not got cought yet just got to keep the carbon filter up and pay my electic bill.
 
I find it realy only depends on matter of plants you are trying to grow if you are under 6 plants i would use a 600w no reson for a 1000w. but i always like 1000w hps for those nice hunkin buds!!!
