600 W Blueberry Medical Grow Journal

Latest Pics: Plants are looking stronger and a bit happier. I did have to water 2 of them # 1 and 3. pH runoff for 1 was 6.5 and 2 was 6.3. I will be watching this pretty close just to see if it gets out of hand. This is my first time having a pH meter. I think my water was at 6.8 which is ideal. I did add 1 mL of sm-90 and 1 mL of grow and root from GO to get the pH back down. The sm-90 raises the pH significantly. I understand I really don't have to worry to much about this since I am hoping for a live/active rhizosphere that compensates for the pH if it is off.

I would recommend that you not use the SM90 with the soil. It is a anti bacterial so it will kill benes as well as the bad guys...since your so dependent on benes in soil, esp organic soil, better to find a natural & bacterial safe wetting agent.

Ok sounds good to me. Thanks for that advice. I had wondered if that would be a problem. Do you think hemp castille (dr. bronners soap) would do ok?

I wonder if that is why I have been having so many issues these last few cycles. I am really glad you mentioned that. Do I even need a wetting agent in a coco based medium? This mix is new to me.

Yes, but I think a lot of them come with a surfactant, like Canna coco for instance. It's not a requirement but does help the nutes 'spread' better within in the pot.

I may just leave it out for now and see if I can make it work. Don't want to keep buying stuff at this point. Kind a spent my christmas money on a new light and fan/filter....

I really appreciate any and all feedback. It is already helping me. I know this will be a successful grow with all of your help.

about the humidity, i find mine do better in the 35-50 range to, 20 and below is kinda dry

you might wanna watch yur nutes to, try to keep a lower ppm or these burn up pretty quick and get stunted a lil bit...with BB i always feed low and let the plant tell me its getting hungry ... you gotta jus play it safe. if you ever need help swing by my journal (links on top of the sig) theres a few guys that have exp with Blueberry there that will help you out with whatever.

TY Dizzle Frost! +rep Yeah I knew I was playing with fire feeding the ladies so early. I have noticed a little signs of the tips turning yellow so I slowed way down on the nutrients. I have another 2 weeks before I really have to feed them according to the guy who made the soil for me. At least for the next little while I will take your advice and use just water and let them tell me when they are hungry. I will definitely swing by your journal maybe I can learn a thing or two!

I did want to update that it finally decided to rain so the humidity levels are between 30-40% so that is better. I had been using some saucers with water on them to help around the plants. Not sure if it helped or not.

I am updating with pics again. I forgot to turn on the fans (air circulation) for the night time and I went in to the plants looking like this. I always associated the leaves standing up as if catching the light meant they were happy. Is that a correct assumption?

I really like these pipes too. I had to share them. I was in a shop just browsing. The orange and blue one would be perfect for an Auburn football fan.

unfortunately I don't own those pipes they were in the $300 range which is a bit more than I can afford.

Dayum! 300 bones is alot! I would just keep em as showcase pieces, I break alot of shit so 300 bucks a pop , I could never relax smoking outta that ! LOL Be too nervous of breaking it.

I am a bit clumsy myself so I completely understand that. I broke my brothers $400 2 1/2 ft bong last time I was visiting. I felt terrible. Luckily it was still useable. I just knocked off a couple of the more decorative pieces on there. Still hurt me to break his favorite bong.

oh no! LOL That does suck. It bothers me too, cause usually the people would say its fine dont worry about it! But ya know deep inside they are hurting and pissed LOL and them expensive bongs are one of a kind so its hard to replace.

My best bud sent me a bong in the post, shit made it 2400 miles intact and I broke it withing the first week LOL - Well not completely but i did add a BBYY custom to it LOL a unique crack in the outside layer of glass.

Hey, Also was meaning to ask ya, and not sure if its alrady posted and if so sorry for being non resourceful but did you get these as clones ? And if so where did ya acquire them?? Been looking for some good BB cuts here. I dont wanna pop my beans if I can get my hands on a good cutting
