600w ballast and bulb matching problem.

Recently I bought a new 600w ballast and bulb. Well it turns out the bulb is only for the s106 ballasts so now I have to find another HPS bulb.

This is the ballast I got:
600 Watt Electronic Digital Switchable Grow Light Ballast Works on 600w HPS, MH Bulbs, Gyo2004ballast


The wrong bulb that I got was a Ultra Sun 600w HPS which clearly states "For use on S106 Ballast Only".

Yeah be careful to get the right bulb(s) for that thing, some bulbs have probs on the digi balast, I think the hortilux bulbs go bad in those. Just google the ballast, you will get info on it.

That bulb is for an SS10 Ballast.

I already tried to find the right bulb for that ballast; it hard getting the right thing online cause you can't really see what you are getting. Google is the first place I looked.

Is that the bulb I need to get or are you talking about the Ultra Sun 600w HPS which clearly states "For use on S106 Ballast Only"?

Maybe I will know more when I get the ballast in the mail. It is on its way.
