6500k flouresents ok for new plants?

I bought 2 40watt 4 footer flouresent lights made by phillips that are the 6500k spectrum and I was wondering if this is too high of light for 1-2 week old plants?
My other options are 2 40watt 4 footer 2700k flouresents or a 90w ufo l.e.d. light.

Thanks

Nope, you want 6500k for vegging. When you're ready to flower, you can flip to the 2700k. Also be sure to keep the lights as close to the plants as possible.
