8 days...Attitude shipment just "hanging" around the Royal Mail

Yea no packages n they said exactly.... " The mail service is being very slow at the moment due to the ‘Festive Season’. I do apologise for this, but the tracking isn’t being regularly updated and the mail itself is slow." She went on to say its no trouble for us to ask and that many people have the same problem this time of year.
i sent them an email and got basically this same response...was told just to be patient...wait the full 21 business days...if the order doesnt arrive they will replace it they said...

i hope this doesnt mean, "place another order and we'll get em to you" because i dont wanna get stuck in that game...

Well I got guaranteed shipping, if you did too you shouldn't have a problem getting a new order for free. My 21st working day will be next Friday, minus Sundays and thanksgiving. Its getting so close to xmas that Ima have to start after the holidays unless is comes early next week. I hope they just send out new ones right away and not go through the mail service before sending it. The way the mail service has been will add weeks to the process.

I just want my damn order. I'm not in it for anything free, just get me what I paid for. I don't really care about their "freebies" I would rather pay less than have those honestly.

sm0keyrich510, I am in almost the exact same situation as you. I decided it was time to give Attitude a try and placed my first order with them online on 11/24. Received notice that the 'Tude had shipped on 11/25 (at least their processing is fast if not shipping). As of today 12/11, nada.

Did the guaranteed delivery option with the mug. Getting the same messages when check Royal Mail or USPS that others in this thread are getting.(by the way, can they be more vague as to exactly where in the system the item is)

I paid with a CC, and got a call from the card issuer like 2 hrs after placing the order to see if it was legit. Never had that happen from anything I have ordered on the net. Weird

Looking through the thread I did notice several people stating it to 16-18 days to get their order. And these were not during any holiday.

I only ordered a 6pk of Kandy Kush fem as a test to see how doing business with Attitude would be. Would really like to get these babies rockin, at least I have jars left from previous rounds.

Never waited more than 10-11 days for an order from anywhere, and that includes mailing in a MO payment to the vendor and the shipment to me.

If the seeds are what they say they are, with the decent prices they have-I could deal with the shipping time as long as I know I have to give them plenty of lead time.
I am still open minded about using Attitude again, but not until I get this first order in my hand.(no good money after bad from me)

I have ordered from various places over the years, Seedsdirect, HempBC, Heaven Stairway, Dr.Chronic(when still took CC from US), Seed Boutique and Seedbay and a few others I have forgotten. Never had an issue with any of them.

I just placed 2 orders through Seedbay about the same time as the order with Attitude. First was placed on 11/7 mailed MO normal airmail to UK and recieved order in my hands on the 11/15, second was placed on 11/23 mailed MO normal mail to UK and recieved on order 12/6.

If I order through Seed Boutique with a CC, takes between 4-7 days to have the packs in my mailbox. They are kind of slow to update and replace stock on the Boutique as compated to Seedbay.

Sorry for the long post, but just wanted to add my 2 cents.

If i wait for 21 working days that takes me to Dec 24th, how ironic. I just really want the package to get here cause there are a lot of other strains I want to get, but ain't gonna happen till the first order is fulfilled.

Good luck to everyone waiting, waiting, waiting. Hopefully it is just the holiday mail crush that is the hold-up.

P.S. I just mailed payment for some DoubleStrawberryDiesel and SourThai yesterday using Priority Mail to UK. The lady at the PO told me that as of yesterday the USPS will not guarantee the normal Priority delivery times (2-3days) to the UK, that it will take as long as regular mail (about 7 days) dut to the Christmas deluge.

WOW! I thought I was the only one! I placed an order 11/22 and same deal no package I've ordered thru tide like 5-6 other times and my package came in a week everytime and I paid for the extra stealth shit first few times and the last few they shipped it normally w/o the tshirt so I stopped paying extra.

But I've gotten the same message as everyone else and this has never happend and I've always gotten my orders right away I just sent an email demanding them they hurry this process I'll let y'all know monday what infer back. Seems as tho there mail has been stopped. Maybe since they are so big they will be shut down who knows

Everyone will get their stuff. Just relax and take a puff. I have used Attitude many times and never had a problem but I always get the guaranteed delivery just in case. Last Christmas was slow going too and it took 3 weeks compared to the usual 1 week. And USPS status never updates for me til after it is delivered to me. You will have your coffee cups, tshirts, and wallets soon. Relax smoke a little and go surf the attitude site and try to decide what you will order next because you will order again. lol

This is the busiest time of year for shipping. Every mail service is swamped and Customs is swamped. Nothing is being delivered quickly .... nothing. Chill.
What do you feel is an appropriate time to wait if it is a busy time of year? (which i understand it is but come on! three weeks?)
According to royal mail my package has been in the U.S. since the 12/1 thats 9 days excluding sunday, from my experience its never taken this long to receive an envelope. One would think it would be appropriate to hire extra hands in the holiday rush to help speed things up a bit more than this garbage. Its going on 2011 i think they would be a little more resourceful than this, economy this economy that B.S.! they use it as an excuse.

People have been waiting for far to long to receive something simple!
I just want my damn seeds that i dished out $70 for to receive in a timely manner even with all things considered, this is simply ridiculous!

I understand it is personal for you. I understand that this post has grown to over 10 pages. And I understand that 9 times out of 10 that these things are resolved simply by waiting.

However, if you just cannot handle waiting... A call to the seed company (where they will advise you to wait a few days) is recommended. Complaining about the delivery time on an internet forum will have absolutely no effect on when and if your package will arrive.

I totally agree with you.... Seems like I started this thread months ago......If I can get my seeds sooner than later...(obviously later),.. then in a few months I can get rid of the migraines I have.. Herb is the only thing that controls them.. Unless I wanna be doped up on pills or whatnot.. Which I dont!.....It just seems strange,...Mail being SOOO slow.....No other mail is... I have packages coming everyday,(not weed related) and nothing thusfar has been delayed.....Maybe I just have better luck with everything else I buy...On another note, Can California not sells seeds? being that it is a legal medical state?? One would think so...

We are on here sharing info with people who are going through related experiences currently, we simply are asking questions about each others orders supporting each other and finding clues as to when we can expect to see our mail...
If you are not having a related experience with some reinforcing info to share on this topic then this thread is not for you.
So its not just personal to me there are a dozen people on here having the same issue, so again maybe you should read the thread and see for your self.

I ordered on 11/28 from Attitude and 11/29 from SeedBoutique. Paid both with CC.

I have NOT received my Attitude order yet (12/12) and my USPS tracking says the same thing (preparing to dispatch.) Attitude gave me the same 'festive holidays are busy' response.

I got my SeedBoutique order in 5-6 days, air mail envelope zero crushed seeds.
