818 Headband from Cali Connection...Hempy Style in coco.

This one here's gonne help debunk some of the BS that is said and spread all over about Cali Connection and Swerves gear.


I'm new and am NOT telling anyone to learn from me or that I'm a pro. But I know most the basics ad how to run what I got going and seem to be doing pretty well so far IMO.


VEG BOX:
A small home made box that's 3 x 3 x 4-5 feet.


VEG LIGHTS:
4 x 23watt 5500k, 2 x 42 watt 6500k & 1 x 23 watt 2700k


MEDIUM:
Doing Hempy Buckets still but going 100% coco this time to see how me and the plants like it. Much info about Hempy Buckets are out there just google it.



WATER:
Using tap water but I airate it in a 18 gallon tote with a foot long air stone in it and I never use all of it so it sits and bubbles for over 48 hours before it gets used.

Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow A & B, A.N. B-52, A.N. Ancient Earth, A.N. Carboload, House & Garden Roots Excelurator, House & Garden Algen Extract, Botanicare Cal-Mag Plus, Plant Sucsess Great White, Humboldt County's Own Killer Tea & for the first couple feeding of nutes I add Superthrive. I PH to 5.7-6.0



FLOWER BOX:
Home made box 3x5x7 feet.



FLOWER LIGHT:
1 x 600 watt iPower HPS bulb & ballast with a cool tube & a 6" 440cfm inline fan w/speed controler.



FLOWER NUTES:
Advanced Nutrients Sensi Bloom A & B, A.N. Ancient Earth, A.N. B-52, A.N. Bud Candy, A.N. Sensizym, A.N. Big Bud, A.N. Rhino Skin, A.N. Nirvana, A.N. Overdrive, H&G Roots Excelurator, Botanicare Cal-Mag Plus, Plant Sucsess Great White, H.C's.O. Snow Storm Ultra, H.C's.O. Crystal Burst & H.C's.O. Purple Maxx



She's a feminised seed and is only on Day 32 of Life and has now been topped 5 times. Once the first and today I tpeed the 2 that grew back and went a node down and topped the 2 braches there.
She's in a 3 liter hempy style tall container.


Last feeding was:

6ml of each Sensi Grow A & B
3ml of Ancient Earth
3ml of B-52
2ml of Carboload
3ml of Cal-Mag plus
1ml of Roots Excelurator
& 1/2 of a teaspoon of Great White PH'd to 5.8

The 818 has been topped & super cropped several times and ill just let her do her thing from here on out.


Last feeding was:


7ml of each Sensi Grow A & B
3.5ml of Ancient Earth
3.5ml of B-52
2ml of Carboload
3.5ml of Cal-Mag Plus
1ml of Roots Excelurator
& 1/2 a teaspoon of Great White PH'd to 5.5 - 6.0


She's now in a 3 1/2 gallon bucket and will flower out in it. When I transplanted I used a lil pinch of Great White sprinkled on top the coco where the bottom of the plant sits for transplant.




I also have my Chernobyl mother, a Dutch Blue Auto from Spliff Seeds and some 818 & Chernobyl clones in the veg box as well.

Thanks guys! I'm really hopin to be lucky and this single 818 I popped is a keeper. I'm looking to switch my growing style just a bit. Smaller plants pots and 3 different stages of flower. Say maybe anywhere from 6 to 10 smaller plants flowering under the 600....not sure yet though. Either way I'm trying to run a good pheno of the 818 for a while. And if this pheno isn't it then ill pop a couple Chem 91's and back to the 818's until I find the pheno the keeps me coming back for more.

im done 818 headband it smells like hay not much of a smell at all i thought because of the diesel it might pong has anyone had this problem?

just grew out 5 myself - 2 phenos - both excellent smoke - but plant #4 was a real keeper, not only the super high and then a two hour stone but this girl tasted like you were eating white crystal sugar, everyones favorite and bag appeal that makes em drool. lots of purple and multiple shades of green - AND NO HERMIES

Ok so I've moved, the wife had our new baby boy and I've found out I have kidney stones all this month. Our landlord sold our house and didn't give us too much notice which was not smart on his part but we let it go and moved.
Transporting plants isn't fun and I was terrified of doing it. So I onlytook my 818 mother and I plant in flower. I took a dozen clones of her once I was settled and its been 2 weeks now and their rooted but tops are pretty yellow. I'm chaulkin it up to new enviorment on that one and will try again when the mothers has recouped from the last round of cloning. But its putting me behind and my flower tents gonna be empty for a mintue to give these clones time to recover and veg or wait and take more clones in a week and start all over.....but that's more time. So the way I see it id ratherhave healthy clones from jump and let them do what they need to do and just pop some Auto beans I have so I at least have something to harvest in 2 months or so.




On to the 818! I vegged her for a good 6 to 8 weeks id say. The pheno I have shows a heavier indica leaf set and are very apealing to me being a indica junky lol. Through veg her stems gave your fingers then sent of sour funk and it carried on into flower but getting a bit of a fuely undertone as well. Buds sites were quick to form coming in about 9 to 10 days if I remember correctly. Buds swell nicely and form cunky lil OG looking nuggs with nice crowned tops. I took her 63 days as there was a 2 week period during the move where she basically was forgotton and it was I wanna say weeks 3 & 4 so I definatelycould have done better with this pheno. This pheno needs no staking as her stalks are very strong. Node stackin is great and buds are dense & frosty. Imma keep her around for awhile and see what the next couple runs bring. Super pumped with how her hash will come out! Here's some pics and again sorry guys.....a wife 6 kids and just moving really took me off my shit but I'm back and were upgraded a lil more too. I forgot to mention that. I'm now running a carbon filter and have a 50"x50"x78" tent to flower in. Gonna be trying more plants in smaler pots and see how it goes for me and the girls.
