8th week and drying out

Hi all, I’ve been having a problem with the last two grows. During veg they seem to grow well but once flowering starts, they grow slow and don’t thicken up. These photos are f58 from sign. She doesn’t like feeding and is pretty fussy but it may be something I’m doing. Veg is around 0.8ec and flower is 1.2. Dwc. FDE7A8C2-181D-4D23-B78D-B7FB8AF3D9D9.jpeg

Any help would be great.

Typical nute burn or ph fluctuations. Check both. Could be calmag but try the ph and then lowering your nutrients. My guess is both. Dilute the reservar and then calibrate the ph. Leave it that way for now until you see her getting better.

What temp is your rez at? In DWC it could be root issues. How does the roots look and smell? Do you do weekly rez changes? It would help to know what nutrients you use.

Really hard to burn anything at 1.2 EC. Must be something else. My guess is you don't change the rez often enough so you're running low on micros. You can get by with changing the rez eow in the begging when the plants are small in veg. When they get big and/or are in flowering you need to change it every week. A bigger rez need to be changed out less frequently. I made the mistake recently with my new system that I could run it for 2 weeks before rez change in veg. I've been away with work and got back to find the plants with some defects. I've gotten to used to operating a 30 gallon rez. They bounced right back with a rez change. You live and learn!

You always learn how to operate a new system by looking at the plants. You can't just go by EC and pH value in the rez. The plants always got the final verdict of what you need to do.

Do you run recirculating system?

Thanks for the reply's, all.

I run tap. Used to run RO (have salt water aquarium) but found no benefit over the tap and adding calmag. Its not nute BURN (no yell :)) or PH as both are well in check. I mean, it may be, but my tests havent shown as such.

What type of ec meter are you using? And what nutrients?
Bluelab guardians. Local brand nutes (Growrite A+B Budrite A+B)

The above pic is only a & b flower nutes.

The systems old and well worn in. I don't change nutes at all. I know how that's going to sound but I've had many successful grows with the same growing style and no such problems(other tents, as well as this one. This is a tester to figure her out. She's a fantastic producer, when shes happy.)

She hasn't wanted more. Well, she rejects more. PH drops overnight. Stops drinking. Same after total flush. She just doesn't seem to want much.IMG_9867.JPGIMG_9868.JPGIMG_9871.JPGIMG_9872.JPGIMG_9873.JPG

It looks like potassium but she just won't eat.

I mean by the 8th week my ppms are about 220. If not close to 0.
I'm all for the less is more with DWC. Considering the flower isn't anywhere near what it could be, my thinking that it's overfed phosphorous. Causing calcium, magnesium problems but now it looks like potassium
If I flush or dilute the solution down to 150-200, I have nute level drop (feeding) but too much PH drop(from adjusted PH eg: 6 down to 5.2 over night.) In my experience, that's been caused by being too lean on the nutes. Bump it up to 450-500 and the PH dropping slows, feeding increases but you can see there's a problem. Bump it up further and PH drops and plant stops feeding. It's got me a bit stumped.

Having same sort of issue, week 9 of flower today i set my ph at 6.0 24 hours later it'll be around 4.9/5.0
Ec is at 1.2 (background 0.2)

My lying eyes say they are over fed, they don't have that nice pale yellow of underfed plants. Your honest meter says they are fine. The pic of your past grow looks awesome. Not sure what to make of it.
