8weeks into flower but looks like she is in 4weeks, takes longer to mature

Hello, I have this bag seed i've grown and she on 8weeks on flower now her bud looks like in her 4th weeks. i don't know what happened, i just defoliate her at 3rd week

You didn't include any images or any other information. My guess would be it's a bad idea to defoliate so extremely the plant can't complete its' photosynthesis cycle.
