8x10x10 open room+A/C

Hello, i have a room that is 10x10x10 which i intend to use for growing. I am gonna enclose the bigger part of the room (8x10x10) with panda film. In this room there is a 12000 BTU inverter air condition (window unit).

I am planning on running 3000w in this room vertical (5x600w). Now i know, that usually when you have a window aircon unit, you are doing sealed setups. Problem is i DON'T WANNA USE CO2 and have to buy tanks, regulators and the dehumidifiers that come with those things. Plus i am not really sure i can really seal the room efficiently.

So, i guess i will have to run a classic passive intake/exhaust room with the window aircon unit running above it. I know its not very efficient in terms of electrical consumption (max operation for my air con comes at 1330 watts). And not only that, you exhaust air conditioned air.

But its the only viable option i have if i wanna eat more than bread for the next few months because this project has got me bleeding financially.

I have only a window in this room. With the blinds down, its stealth. I want to lower the blinds of the window completely. Then I am planning on putting panda film to it to lightproof it. In its lower part i am gonna put holes to the panda film to intake fresh air. In the upper part of the polyed window, i am gonna open holes to connect the exhaust ducting. I want to run 20 plants in total. Vertical 5x600w setup.

Questions:

1) I have 3x6" 450 CFM fans and the appropriate carbon filters. Are they enough to maintain the room at the perfect 75F temps ALONG with my window aircon unit?

2) Do you think there would be a problem with humidity with 1350 CFM fans in total exhausting stale and humid air out of the 8x10x10 room?

3) Do you believe smell would be a problem considering the air con unit or the size of the room i have to work with?

4)What size holes and how many do i have to open in the polyed window to bring in sufficient amounts of fresh air from outside?

Well, this will be just a stab at some of your questions, because the unknown temperature and humidity of the intake air will play a very HUGE factor.
Good you understand already that using an ac like this is not effecient. The ac needs to recycle the same air, in order to "pull down" temp within the growroom. With that said, you need to keep in mind a couple things:
Too much fresh air ventilation and the ac won't do shit. Too little ventilation and you might have humidity issues, and possibly fall a little short in the Co2 dept.
I know this isn't answering much, just getting the chatter started. I'll def stick around this thread, and jump back in when I might be able to help:bigjoint:

Well, thank you for the reply bro! I thought about a change in my plans considering intake air. I could be bringing air from inside my house. I was calculating that the setup i wanna rig will be running full blast in about a month from now. At that time of the year, temperature inside my house will be about 70-75 F with 30-40% RH. So, my intake air would be around 70-75 F and 30-40% RH.For exhaust.

I know from searching various threads that for air circulation NOT considering temps, we divide the cubic feet size of the room with 2. So in my case that would make 8x10x10=800 cubic feet/2=400 CFM required for air exhange. So i was thinking i would be able to dim my 3 fans which are rated at 1350 CFM to run at 60-70% of their power. That would help with noise issues and would not exhange the air that fast. What do you think with the new data i presented? :P

Other than that, i have 2 grow tents i could use. One 4x8 grow tent and one 5x5 grow tent. I set them up in the room and discovered two things:

1) There was barely any usable space after setting them up and having to put ballasts and tanks for the automatic watering system.

2) It was a major pain in the ass to try and put all the exhaust ducts from the grow tents in the only window to exhaust heat outside. And i don't think a/c would be so efficient with little to no usable space left after i have setup the tents.

Besides that, my previous grow was in a 9x10x7 room and i loved it (no a/c used then). From the time i grew in a grow room i have no desire to grow in a grow tent again. Can anyone think of a way to better utilize all those things i have? The only thing i hate to use would be CO2 as stated. Having to refill tanks, buying dehumidifiers, CO2 equipment etc, goes too far....
