Yeah. Ive had my 2 seedlings under a 600w hps since day 3.
So cannot see a problem as long as your temps are decent and the lights not too close.

Not yet, another 2 weeks if they are healthy, and dont repot prior to changing lights as it will be shocked twice.

yeah, I had my barneys critical under 400w mh from the beginning just offset to the side a little to start

Been growing under a 400w MH since seed. Pretty sure the sun doesn't reduce it's 10k lumen per sq ft for your seedling.
