A little help

I would just like to know if anyone could tell me a rough estimate on how much longer till flush/harvest on my girls? Some hairs just started turning color first timer(pardon my ignorance). And any other general questions or suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah bag seed good weed though.

Yeah i figured something close to that. I take it that these plants are sativa dominant?

anyone know if it would increase the yield on these plants if i added a CFL light or two to the room. It has on HPS light right now?
