im growing an auto afghan skunk and im wondering if an hour or two of the light being off would be good, bad, or make no difference. thanks for the advice!

FWIW I have grown autos at 18/6 and 13/11 and didn't see much diff, 24/0 seemed to stress my plants but obviously there are many variables...

In my personal experience 20/4 works best.
