A need some good luck on my 3rd time!

I built out 2, 10'x10' rooms down in my crawl space, with exhaust fans, lights, irrigation system and even tapped into my homes HVAC to maintain constant temp.

First round in the Spring/Summer I received a visit from spider mites.

Currently, Round 2, I am dealing with powdery mold.... I think I narrowed down the cause though. I was irrigating on a timer 3x's a day and the plants were getting watered during their night cycle. The temp in the flower room did not fluctuate more than 10 degrees (60F - 70F).

I disinfected the room between grows with bleach.

Do you think the plants got PM'd by watering them during the night cycle?

Forgot to mention that humidity was between 45%-55% during both veg and flowering.

i wouldnt say its because they were getting watered at night because in hydro systems the roots are down in the water constantly but i dont know for sure, just a guess
