A seed in my bud?

I've just been going through some bud's I've taken off ahead of taking the whole plant down and I've just found one solitary seed. It's completely alone out of half a dozen small bud's and I was hoping to get confirmation that it's just a sterile occurance that plants sometimes come out with and nothing to worry about.

Why would a seed make you worry?
I wouldnt recommend doing anything rash

nope just one seed!
Sorry I need to amend that reply,,, yeah I have found some crunchy imature white ball like seeds in another bud. It's only in two bud's though. Id it possible to get seeds without pollination ?? A wierd question but very relevant to my situation and the other 5 plants that I have still ripening.

Not possible. Pollination occured. Your female grew a male flower and pollinated itself. It's fine. If you grow that seed, the plant will be female. Probably along the bottom of the plant. And maybe just 1 or 2 flowers even. If you see one, pluck it off. If you cloned this plant, the next run will show if the plant is prone to it, or just a one off. Growing from clones, this is less likely to happen. Keep going. Everything is fine.

What makes you think this seed is sterile? More likely it’s feminized.

Yeah I understand all the feminised thing and Hermies but thought I'd read somewhere that plants can produce sterile (unfertilised) seeds but unfortunately this is a result of a hermaphrodite . Thanks for your input. Much appreciated
