when i learned to grow cannabis, as when i taught myself anything, for that matter, i did my homework. i studied. got set up, and ran with it. i continued to study, and asked for help when i couldn't wrap my head around a problem. scientific fucking method. the core of our civilization, of Western thought. i've studied how to hew logs, start friction fires, pickle, brew, and.........grow cannabis. if i get short with people who wish to be spoon-fed THEIR grow.........its because i think people should try to learn before they grow. sue me

how do you really feel about this issue?

Somewhat new indoor grower here. Read first. Then ask for help if stumped. Plenty of good folks giving good advice on RIU but, seems like more new growers would get better responses from Ganja's if they did a wee bit of homework on their own first. Not bustin" anyones balls. Though, I researched first. Then asked. RIU has certainly helped me to become a decent indoor grower.

I agree, when I first started growing the home personal computer was not the every day thing, I did a lot of reading and thru trial and error I learned it. Nowadays this generation of noob want everything spoon fed.

Scrog, I'm growing in a yard bark and gravel mix.. I only used Scotts weed/feed once and now my seedlings aren't doing well..Ideas? I'm growing using the light in the microwave.

so can I use a normal household bulb to grow with .. and what seeds schould I choose to get most yild and how much will I yild ?
