Hello, welcome to RIU. It doesn't look like anything is wrong. It looks like the seed shell is stuck on the plant. They call that helmet head. You can wait for the plant to push it off or if you are very gentle can just carefully pull it off. There is also a very thin membrane that sometimes gets stuck. If you pull off the membrane and seed the cotyledons should pop open. Just remember gentle is the big key. Here is a quick video I searched so you can see someone remove a stuck seed.
