I want to move some auto's outdoors and they just started flower....how hard would it be to acclimate them to natural sunlight?

You should "harden" them. Put them out for a short period the first day, say one hour but watch them for signs of stress during this period and bring them in if they wilt or get droopy. Each day increase the outside time a little, say one hour per day. Basically ease them into it. Know that bringing them back inside can contaminate other plants in your grow room with bugs.

I did it this year already. Put them under a screen and take it away regularly. As time goes on, give it more screen free time, in a few days, no need for the screen...

You basically want to expose it to full sun gradually...
