Adding male pollen to a female plant

at what stage(week of flowering) of the female plant do u want to add the pollen from a male plant to get big healthy seeds?

does anyone know???

seeds need about 30 day to "ripen" so the first few weeks. the best time to do it is 2-3 weeks into flower when theres alot of white hairs everywhere to take in the pollen
