Deficiency dude.... I wouldn't be pushing it if I didn't know what I'm saying and, already dealt with it myself..... Its gonna get a lot worse... quickly.
Keep in mind the plants symptoms fall about two days late of whats happening. Even after you solve the deficiency, the plant needs time to unlock itself from the stress and start feeding again. All the while looking worse and worse. When you feed it. it's still going to decline for at least a day, then plane off, then start to improve. But it's not the old growth that improves, it's the new growth. the old growth just sort of stays stable. So your losing A LOT of chlorophyll/photosynthesis the longer you wait. And the longer you wait the longer it's going to take to get back on track.

Well I have added a couple of gallons of water over the two weeks. I think 3 gallon to be exact. Every time I have added the distilled water straight to the res, then check the EC with my Hana meeter (Continues reading so I can see the EC change). I then have added the appropriate nutes in the ratio shown on the schedule, so for instance 2 tsp of Grow Big, and 1 tbl of Big Bloom.

RIGHT... but your still only adding back the same amount of nutrients that gave the plant the deficiency in the first place. Your not supplementing it with the nutrients it's lacking...

You can still starve to death eating five peanuts a day......

just because your eating doesn't mean your eating enough, or enough of the right thing....

So you do agree with me there being underfed! J/K

I see what your saying, I appreciate all the input, i really do.

Well, I abandon my experimental e&f system about a week ago and fired up my spare BP system to try to save them. They were less than half the height of my bp system started 8 days after the e&f, had nute burn, all kinds of deficiencies ( light colored leaves, overwatering wilt, etc.) and it was now or never time.

After one week I have roots in the water, a good but not complete green-up and 2" of new growth. Turns out I'm no good and e&f for now and I'll probably turn my e&f tubes into some kind of recirculating bp system and see if I can get that to work. Needless to say I am impressed again with thebp's abilities to revive the almost dead.

I've probably stressed them enough to make them herm factories at this point but learning was the key. Now I get a chance to see if the genetics are strong enough to overcome my inexperience. Plan on the original bp determining 12/12 time and just see what I get from the others. I'll clone them all before I go 12/12 and do it the way I'm sure I can next time. Ain't much of a grower if you don't have failures along the way.

Oh by the way, lost power for 8 hours today and I was freaked they would all die but when the light came on they were standing tall like nothing happened. Just wanted to let you growers know not to freak if it happens.

Their starving to death - quite literally.

Glad I could help...:bigjoint:
So this has made me think about this tonight.

If I'm getting an EC reading of say 1.6 or even higher like 1.9, I could still me missing nutrients?

Does the EC go down as the plants us the nutrients, I guess I have seen that it does drop a little throughout the week...?

Sorry to hear that MostlyCrazy.

You might post that also on the bubbleponics Comparison thread sometimes that the Ostirch likes to post on. He loves to visit every Bubbleponics question thread here on this site.

So these pictures are about 28 hours since the last pictures, but they are about 3 hours after a reservoir change. Johny I probably should have listen to you yesterday and just done the change, now I feel like I'm in MC shoes, and hoping that the bubbleponics system can bring one plant back on track.

You can see how the plant on the right is looking very good, and looks like the fan leafs have lifted a good amount since res change.

The plant on the left seem to be little effected, but does show a small amount of leaf discoloration.

The middle plant which is the same strain as the left (Reserva Privada Kandy Kush) seems to be locked up and is not looking good. It hasn't shown any growth for about 3 days, it is obvious if you look back on the pics.

The E.C is @ 1.3
Ph is @ 6.3

I added the nutrients listed from the feeding schedule, Big Bloom and Grow Big.
What I don't understand, the schedule says i should be at 1.6-1.8 EC. When I used distilled water, almost a 0 EC, then added the nutes, I come up a good amount short of the recommend EC. I'm going to leave it at 1.3, and make sure the plants recover.

Guys, I'm still having issues, in a little bit I will take a couple more pics.. I have done 2 bag seed grows prior, and now I have real seeds...I really don't want to loose them.

I hate to say it but I'm about ready to toss these Fox Farm nutes, but I didn't want to blame the nutes, as i thought it was my lack of inexperience. Every grow I have had problems...I got a lot of money tied up into there line of nutrients.

Here are new pictures, about 24 hours from the last ones. The plant on the left is starting to show sign of stress, you can see the fan leafs show some litter discoloration, the same area as the discoloration the leaf is crispy and dry. The plant in the middle is still locked up, and has not shown any change since yesterday. Both of these plants I removed the feeder tube from this AM, as it seemed they almost looked over watered.

The plant on the right was the first to show any sign of problem, but it hasn't seemed to stop growth, as it still looks to be o.k. There are a few small rust spots on a couple of leafs. (This is a different straight from the two on the left, this is Skunk #1).

At this point I'm really putting a plea out there for help.

EC-1.3 (PPM is almost 1000, not sure which conversion I have my meter set at) Fox Farm schedule calls for a EC of 1.6-1.8 for this week...
PH-6.25 (made on adjustment this AM, since the res change last night)

What do I do at this point? Should I do a flush with ClearX and distilled water? Or should I wait a couple of days to see if the plants take to the reservoir change? I haven't lost a plant in first two grows, so this is all first time for me.

It looks to me like you have low humidity. Mist them with plain ph'd water and see if that helps. Believe me those plants don't look at that bad and you're not close to looking anything. Let them sit for a couple of days and if they don't improve do a clearex run.
