I read in Cervantes grow bible to flush with 1/4 strength nutrient solution. It's what I've always used. three times the pot's volume if it's bad. If the plant is deficient I fert them right after the flush. No stopping, I run the nutes in right after and run about twice the amount I normally would, but that's for a deficient messed up plant. If she's pretty and it's for maintenance then let her dry out.

It is showing signs of deficient

As others have said, never let sit in runoff. Runoff is full of salt buildup and such which is why you push it out of your medium by feeding to runoff. Allowing the plant to soak that back up is counter productive and can really hurt your plant. Why are you in coco/soil? Just curious, I know some folks mix them but I have to wonder what benefit there is to having 2 mediums that should be treated totally different mixed together?
