Advice please

Was sup ladies and gentleman.

first time grower so please excuse ignorance.

I’m in week 3 of flower and I thought I trimmed enough ( I did not) so the plants are quite bushy. From the pictures
1) is it a big problem?
2) is there anything I can do as I read your not meant to prune anymore at this late stage?

also there are some big fan leaves at the top bud sites which are stopping light getting to mid bud sites anything I can do?

also in the future what should I do to avoid this problem should I have like only 4/5 nodes?

thank you in advance for reading and any advice or light shed on the issue.

1. Possibly a problem leading to powdery mildew. Depending on strain of ours and environment conditions lights on and off never 60% unless experienced.
2. Week 3 can absolutely be defoliated depending how u do it it can slow growth a bit for a few days depending how u defoliate. People definitely trim leafs covering bud sites some good balls trim all leafs except ones growing out of buds.

Trim a few plants and test it out so u will know how the plant reacts the way you trim. Take pics b4 and after trim so you have references to work off of.

You should be giving advice with a nice grow like that :o

I have 23 it took 3 hours just before they went into flower but I’m scared now because I don’t want to mess them up completely and that means I’ve wasted 10 weeks. How bad you think the yield will be affected if I leave as is?

Most people waste there time because they spend weeks growing a 7 foot tall Xmas tree instead of a scrog of bud

Sorry bro I know it means low stress training but what does that entail?
LST involves tying down branches to expose areas to get more light.

Early autoflower LST tie down. Exposes that lower growth to light to promote upward growth and widening.

Can create some beautiful plants with constant training. Continue to pull down the tallest branches to the side and they'll get wider and bigger. Good luck.

What strain was that in the pic? And how much did you get off that plant? And how long did it take from clone to harvest?

Your yield comes from your light. So a 600 watt light gets u 16 ounces 1000 watt gets you 1.5 pounds if u scrog easier to get these numbers because even canopy so even light distribution.
