i got a very small plant, like 3 inches tall right now. and i go a farmers flood light on it, my freind said it's supost to give out minerals and stuff but it was growing better in the window seal. but some one els said that a black light would work good enough. but will either one work? and witch one is better? and i was thinking of takeing the plant out side but it is freezing at night 35 down to 25(f) wouldnt it freez i could take it out side and thin take it back in at night but would that stress it out?

what exactly is the light youre using now?
you could get a 30w 6500k CFLs, put it a couple inches from the plant and leave it on 24/7, get a couple more in a week or two when the plant is bigger then look into buying a HPS light for flowering.
if its 3" at 3days then its probably got a long skinny stem with a couple leaves at the top, bury it to an inch of the leaves and get better lights so it doesnt keep stretching.
