my sinuses are wicked stuffed and ya any remedies for that? Like you can feel it all stuffed and snot in throat etc, yucK! by the way I vape?

I know what you mean, I would say take some benadryl but that might knock ur ass out!

Take a benadryl before bedtime.


Edit: worm beat me by a couple seconds....if u think about it thats kinda weird....we dont really kno each other but had the same thought at the same time....

I take Flonase (SP) Allergy spray, cleans that sh!t right out within a few minutes. Also I take Lodrane for allergies and that helps a lot. Maybe try some over the counter Zyrtec or Allegra

Ah ya the following morning I do nasal rinses, and flonase, and shit like that but damn its annoying seems all coated and shit

I've found cough drops excellent for clearing stuffy nose .

I had to buy soem of those breathe right strips..actually helped me sleep a lil bit
