The plants seem to be not growing anymore up at the top for the past day...
The roots are going crazy though...

root growth is good nothing to worry about unless they are showing visible signs of stress
roots should be a light color almost white (its ok as long as they arent dark tan or brown)

The leaves are a nice green (no yellowing/no stress)...
They only have their leaves above the round sprout seeds, and the next set is coming out (been about the same level the past 2 days)...
The roots are a nice, beautiful white...
Could it have something to do with the shitty AG lights?
...or should I just relax and not worry since they're not stressing?

Put them either just into that little hole, or use a knife and cut the sponge from the top down, about 1/4 inch below the hole...
Put the seed to where it's about 1/2 down in the slit...
Both methods have worked fine for me...

Built my pulley system to hang the CFLs up earlier, and they've been on for just over an hour now...
The plants have already reacted to them...
I thought the AG lights were bright...

I changed the reservoir water out, and put in fresh with 1/2 of a "Small" nute tab...
The leaves have split a tiny bit more (not much though)...
Just seems really slow compared to the last grow I did with bagseed about 9 months ago...
Maybe the "Short Ryder" strain takes a tad bit longer to get started?
The roots are continuing to grow like crazy, which would mean they're definitely still growing...
Hard not to worry about the babies though...

Noticed that there was a slight bit of brown on a few of the roots..., so I turned off the AG pump...

I disconnected the AG pump, so only the Air Stone is running now...
Do you think the roots were getting too much water, and possibly browning because of the sponge being too wet?

Going to pay a little more next time I buy seeds...
Nirvana's "Short Ryder" is turning out to be very disappointing...
This slow growth is pissing me off...
When I grew some regular bagseed in the AG a while back..., that shit took off...
All I used was the stock AG lights...
Now with the stock lights, and 4 CFLs..., they're 2 weeks old, and are nowhere near as big as they should be...

I just read through your whole thread here dude... No negative comments on Short Rider at all ?? Strange, plenty of threads and posts (on other forums too)
Let me be the first to provide you with some truth about Nirvana's Short Rider...
1st off I did grow in soil but I know someone who did DWC and has got a similer opinion to me.. Anyhow.. Short Riders are very slow starters.. they are very nute sensitive and the majority of the pheno's don't autoflower.... and the end result in quality is 3 outta 10... Yeild is pretty good though...

As long as I get a little somethin' to smoke, and it doesn't taste like ass, then I'll be happy...
I figured I'd have to 12/12 'em myself because of all the reviews I've read of the strain...
