No, it's called being a bitch! Believe me I would give my kid a beat down but would never put him behind bars, I'm thankful for the beat downs my parents gave me I think it made me think twice before doing something stupid. But If they were to put me in jail I am sure I would not forgive them, that stay's on a criminal record and is NOT something you want a college or employer learning about. But again these ignorant parents who jail their children do not think into the future.

damn...honestly, that girl shouldn't have been growing in her folks place, that isn't right. On the same token, I agree that it should have been handled "in the family" and not involved the police but its her parents house and they did what they did so really, how can any of us second guess them?

The above being said, I wouldnt have called the cops, thats just a chicken shit move. My kids dont fear the cops nearly as much as they fear me and honestly, that is how it should be.

I wonder what her parents will think when she comes out of jail 10 times worse than when she went in. Jail, prison, etc, is nothing more than a finishing school for criminals.

You must still be young - Its not a joke to get caught growing - it goes on your record ... its something that every job will see forever. It can destroy careers and remove all potential of a career in some cases ( a felony charge ) : you handle these types of things privately, he has done more harm to his daughter then he could have ever hoped she would learn
