almost ready to harvest in a few weeks...need help for next time...suggest a strain!!

OK. so heres my setup for next time:

600w digital hps system w/ 10-12 23w cfls for side lighting
fox farm ocean forest soil and the fox farm line of nutes
6 plants I'm looking to do in 5 gallon pots (unless someone has a better idea)
a/c for cooling and multiple fans for proper air circulation.

I've recently talked to some collectives and such who would be interested in my harvest so thats another reason why i wanted everyone's opinion.

I'm looking to net 1 lb total from 6 plants (half for me...half to the collective)

i was looking for a strain that yields well and is a GRADE A to GRADE AAA strain.

i noticed a strain called strawberry d-lite which is a cross of two top strains (strawberry cough & NYC diesel). that caught my attention...

i know almost any purple or kush variety will be an easy sell...etc.

i just didnt wanna do some regular mids and have them irritated with my bud and honestly i dont know what to pick. this time im growing big bang and have 4 seeds left...so if anyone thinks i should do greenhouse's big bang again let me know (i'd only need to get 2 more seeds)

thoughts? opinions?

and one more thing...i think im pretty well equipped to handle stinky strains but would rather not aim for a strain that has extremely hard to get rid of odors...

I just grew out a Sharksbreath from DNA Genetics, great quality smoke. Has a smell and taste that is truly unique. The most distinctive pot ive ever grown or come across. Smoke it 1 time and you will recognize it instantly if you come across it again.

TGA's Vortex has decent yeilds and is a very potent sativa dominant high with a true 8 weeks of 12/12 to harvest. Top it once or twice, allow for 4-5 feet of vertical growth (or SOG) and you should have no problems pulling down a pound. Odor is moderate and citrusy.

The high is a clear headed trippy high that doesn't slow you down and is darn near a perfect daytime smoke.

Mine isn't all the way cured yet, but it has a sweet sour taste that reminds me of cherry cavendish pipe tobacco. It's very smooth at somewhere between 2-3 weeks of cure.

Appearance is very very frosty , orange hairs, and light green color.

It's my favorite by far of the 5 or so strains I've grown in the last year.

thanks also for giving me ideas outside the box...i've been focusing pretty much on the most obvious popular and/or top shelf stuff such as anything kush...anything purple...nyc diesel...strawberry cough (ie thats how i ended up being curious about the strawberry d-lite) trainwreck...white widow...blueberry...etc.

anyone had agent orange? any maybe know where to get it? the agent orange im thinking of also has a VERY clear head high...its kinda trippy in how level it is...like in a way it makes you feel sober + a few lol great bud to use and still get shit done.\

Check out "Subcools Old School Organic" (or something like that- I'm seriously baked) forum on RIU. Lots of experience growing Agent Orange there. Yeilds, phenos, etc. If you don't get your answers there, read Subcool's description. It's acurate though a wee bit fanciful.

u have a very nice set-up! grape god and romulan, both from Next Generation Seeds, would thrive and give u the results you're looking for.
the strawberry d-lite is really just a gimmick. u can get better strawberry cross strains from attitude's pick and mix collection.
pretty much anything from TGA or Mr. Nice, from my experience, will blow you away. they'll also get newb smokers twisted hehe.

kushbery and og kush 18 are good,i pulled 58 to 63 grams dry off ea. in 3 gallon buckets. i pull softball size tops off the 18,g13 hp from sensi is prob the best yielder if u can get pass the price. or go to BCseedking and get Godbud and the purps ,30 beans for 75.00 ,i do these alot because of the commecial possibilities at a great price,,my las Godbud was as much sour as my og with lots of red and purples that went almost overnite,lol.yure settup sounds bomb.i need to get some cfls mysef.not tryin to hog ure thread but heres some pics of mine if it mite hep u.

personally im strain drunk at the moment...i've seen enough strains in the last weekend to give a normal person a hernia lol jk jk...but seriously...im lost. so many choices...i can only do one at a time...(not one plant but one strain)

all your answers really have been great....sadly its just made my list of strains I'd like to try even longer.

theres so many interesting strains I've come across before just based on the fact i only have a few different strains under my belt as it is...and 1 was a mystery strain bag seed type thing. so yeah.

i forget the seed company now (seen so many I'd prolly get it mixed up) but which ever one has the strains named after drugs is interesting to me (the way the high is described at least). like i think one is named opium...I've known about l.s.d. (never had it tho) but theres a few others i cant remember...maybe one was sumthin bout E pills...

Too many choices makes it a tough decision. Since you're doing a semi commercial grow, I'd grab a clone from the best dispensary in your area that has a short flower time and a good yeild.

lol strain drunk. thats how im feeling right now while eyeballing doggies nuts' Abyss. i don't know if i could justify the price tag :\
anyway i wanted to come back here and point u in the direction of white russian. its a strong high overall and a big producer.

serious seeds yu cant go wrong.

Ive grown several types latley ,DP White widow, Nirvana PPP, Ugorg Killer skunk, northern lights. But the one that almost everybody liked the best was Wonder women from Nirvana. Great producer!! had a great chocolate smell during cure, dense dark green buds with brown hairs. I wasent expecting much from the Wonder Woman but i was plesantly suprized.

Cant wait to grow her again, my dumb ass didnt clone her.

if u want somethin really diff and unique ,try blue moonshine , i was pulling 2.5 oz off 2 gallon containers,the big one was 3 oz dry. the other 2.5 oz.pics is the proof.

we have nearly the same temp meter...except mine has a humidity gauge on the bottom of it (where yours has the holes) idk about yours but mine is a piece of shit lol.

that bluemoonshine looks very nice...those buds appear to even have a purple tint to them (or at least the leaves.) very nice. i've only heard of it here and on seed websites...never actually came across the stuff. of what quality is it??

i know im a pain in the ass but i've made myself strain drunk. the ones i've been getting a boner about most recently are jack herer from greenhouse and whiteberry (looks amazing...seen some going on cl for $340 per zip....hype? or real ass grade AAA?) i also loved that purple pineberry i found too...however they only come in regular seeds...this was an issue since im going to be planting in 5 gallon pots (and doing 6 plants under a 600w hps)...so the issue is i dont have enough room for 12+ plants under my light...at least not if they're in 5 gallon pots and i really didnt wanna waste the soil either considering i need 3 of the big bags of fox farm to do 6 plants in 5 gallon buckets.


i've never heard of purple pineberry but it looks legit.

its a tough decision...even the tga seeds look great (yes all of them) but they all are only available in regular...after this harvest i plan to get another hps unit..maybe 600-1000w. then this wont be such an issue (ie having enough light covering enough space to do 12+ plants in 5 gallon pots.)

all 3 of those look great (in terms of bag appeal). im going to be working with a collective on this grow (ie. they want a good amount of my harvest) so i didnt wanna get some grade C garbage...or something that takes forever to flower/gives little at harvest.

my budget is tight to an extent (cant spend more than about $130-$140 shipped) good news is i really on need 6 fem seeds (maybe 7 just incase one decides not to sprout or be the rare male/hermie.)

ive heard of purple pineberry,isnt it an outdoor strain?
