Alot of Clones?

So I'm preparing for a huge outdoor grow. I'm planing of establishing a few mothers of a few different strains then taking as many clones as possible from them. I need to know what would be my best route to veg them, as in what light? I was thinking tube fluorescents would be the cheapest and best option, but i dont know how many lights i would need to root about 200 clones. I know sounds crazy but im ganna try my hardest to get at least 100 clones. So with some help after this ill have plenty of this and plenty of this $$$ and then ill be this and this hehe

200 clones maybe 2 100watt cfls with the reflector plate on top , might get them going for 2 weeks or so

i would say two 400 watt mh lights, i mean your talkin 100 to 200 plants wow do you have a spot picked out?

These are my plans for next years grow, already have a strain from this year that im going to try and keep untill next season, then plant clones as long as i can, my box is smaller in size so i could probobly only vegg 20-30 clones at a time but im going to try adn get a few plants started about 1 month before i could plant outside, that way u can have a few larger plants out there to either clone from or try and make into monster sized bushes.

Yeah I've already got a good spot, the spot is pretty secluded so getting them there shouldn't be be hard.
