Alphakronik's White Diamonds

Welcome to the start of my new grow. I just finished with an OG#18 and Ak-47. I started 3 regular White Diamonds under a couple CFL's during my last grow. The 3 White Diamonds are all a little over a foot tall now. I didn't have much room where I started these 3 at, so I had to leave them in solo cups longer than I had planned on. I transplanted them into 3 gallon pots with MG soil w/ some perlite. After the transplant, I got to put them under the 400w HPS. They have really taken off now and look very healthy. I am still vegging them right now, and I will probably do so for another week. Then I will switch to 12/12 and do some sexing. Hopefully I get at least 1 female.

I haven't seen any grow journals on this strain. I haven't seen very many grow journals with Alphakronik's genetics either, so I am kind of taking a shot in the dark with this one. Hopefully I get something descent out of it though. It should be interesting. Here are a couple pics that I just took. The White Diamonds are really looking good and healthy. They have a sativa look to the leaves, so I won't be vegging for much longer. The height could become an issue, so I don't want to veg to long. I'm actually more worried about getting these plants sexed than anything. I'm hopimg that I get at least 1 female. I want to have 4 plants growing at any given time if I can, so I decided to germinate a Samsara Crazy Miss Hyde which is a feminized seed. This strain is supposed to have that piney taste to it, and that is exactly why I am giving it a go. I had it germing in a wet paper towel and the tap root showed its face after about 24 hours. I planted it in a solo cup with some MG soil. It will probably pop out of the soil in the next day or two. I will be flipping to 12/12 on the 1st of next month. Once I get these White Diamonds sexed, I can figure out how many more seeds I need to pop if any at all. I will post some pics later on this week even though there really isn't much to look at right now.

I changed my mind on letting them veg until the 1st. I went ahead and started the 12/12 light cycle today. I want to figure out how many males/females that I have, so I can start some feminized beans. I want to have 4 plants going all at once, but I can't have more than that. The White Diamonds are growing nicely. One is about 18" tall. There is another one that is 16" and the last is 15" tall. They are just about as wide as they are tall too. There isn't really much of a smell from them at all like some strains might have. I'm wanting to try something different as far as strains go. I'm thinking Barney's Farm Red Cherry Berry or maybe even World of Seeds Strawberry Blue. I'm also considering a Rokerji Sour Diesel. Decisions, decisions, decisions! I just can't make up my mind. I have some other strains that I want to try too that are more popular than these, but I want to go off the beaten path some. Anyways I will have to figure shit out by the time these WD's show their sex.

My Samsara Crazy Miss Hyde popped out of the soil in it's solo cup this morning and showed it's beautiful face to the world. I put the solo cup under 2 26w CFL's in a veg box during the night, and then I will put them under the HPS during the day to get the stronger light. I plan on vegging it until it is at least a foot tall, and then flipping it into 12/12 for flowering. I also started geminating a Rockerji Sour Diesel yesterday, but I still haven't seen a tap root yet. These genetics were cheap and hopefully they actually germinate. I only bought 5 of them to try out. It would be a bummer if they didn't germ at all. I'm not going to get ahead of myself here. I ended up putting another Sour Desiel into the wet paper towels to get it germinated. Hopefully one of them actually germinates. I only have 3 more left.

The White Diamonds are growing at an incridible rate. One plant is already 22" tall. While the other two are 18" and 17" tall. They are growing quick and that was from their first day of 12/12. They look pretty much like a sativa dominant hybrid. I rubbed the stems, and they are starting to put off a skunky sort of smell. This was the first time that I smelled that after rubbing the stems. There isn't much of a pheno variation in the 3 that I have going, and they just look fantastic. I hope that I get 2 females. I have to get at least one female, or I will be pissed. I imagine that in the next 10 days I will have these WD's sexed. I am impressed with these 3 plants so far. They have alot of vigor. I am really hoping for a gem and these beans are fairly cheap, and they only come in regular beans. I guess they want people to breed with these strains. I can't wait to see what kind of flowers these beauties have to offer.

Today has been day 5 of 12/12 for my White Diamonds. They are looking great and are growing at an exceptional wait. There still isn't any signs of sex as of yet. It won't be much longer though until they do. I imagine that I will have them sexed in the next 7 days. Hopefully I have some good luck and get at least 2/3 females. That would be a great surprise! I rubbed the stems, and they have a nice smell that is somewhat skunky. I can't really explain it any better than that, but I always find that to be a good indicator of some good smoke in my experience. Here are a couple pics that I just took of my 3 White Diamonds.

I was checking out my White Diamonds, and I think one of them is turning out to be a male. I'm seeing some little balls at some nodes on the plant. It's only on one of the three though, so I guess I am going to chop it down tomorrow. I also started germinating a World of Seeds Strawberry Blue and a Rockerji Sour Diesel in a wet paper towel, and they both showed their tap root today. I went ahead and planted the seeds into solo cups and put them under a couple of CFL's along with my Samsara Crazy Miss Hyde. I think I am going to have a very interesting grow over the next few months. I can't wait to see how these bitches turn out!

Today I went ahead and chopped down the White Diamond that was a male, but the good thing is that the other two White Diamonds are looking like they are females. These plants are going to get pretty big from the looks of things. They are really taking off in height. They are looking pretty good for a strain that I wasn't all that interested in to begin with. I have to say that I am quite interested in it now. I'm really curious to see what kind of bud formations this strain will have and if there is going to be much variation between the 2 plants. I can't wait to see what's what. Maybe I have a gem and don't even know it. Lol! It won't be much longer, and I will know for sure one way or the other.

I just finished blazing a fat joint of some OG#18 that I harvested from my last grow with a girl that I know. I had to carry this bitch inside her house because she was about to pass out from being so high. Lol! I thought it was hilarious. Plus this chick isn't a newbie smoker either. Although she said she hasn't been smoking a whole lot here lately. I just thought it was funny and wanted to throw it out there for people to read.


My 2 White diamonds are coming along nicely. One of them is really starting to stretch out. I guess it is about 30" tall while the other one is staying more compact at about 20" tall. They kind of have a skunky smell when you rub the stems of the plants. I don't know if that will carry over to the buds though. They are both going to be some descent size plants. Probably some of the biggest one's I have ever grown to date. Hopefully they don't get to big and out of control. I might have to tie some branches down. I will just have to wait and see what happens. I will post some pics later on this week so stay tuned.

The White Diamonds are growing with all kinds of vigor. There isn't a deficiency at all right now. The leaves are a nice solid green. WD#1 is the taller of the two plants at 29" tall while WD#2 is the shorter of the two at 22" tall. They are both about 24" wide as well. They are some descent size plants. I just hope they don't get to big for my space. I can bend branches to amke shit fit if it gets to far out of hand. For a couple of plants that I wasn't very interested in, I sure have had a change of heart. I am really looking forward to what these babies can do! Anyways here are some pics as promised.

So these babies are growing like crazy. They have each grown 4"-5" in just 2 days. That's about 2" a day. That is super fast from my past experiences. The branches are very fat all the way up the plant. There's not alot going on yet, but I'm sure the bud formation will start to pick up very soon. I am really impressed with how these 2 are growing so far. They are huge. I'm glad that the other was a male now. I doubt I would have had room for 3 plants this size. The plants new growth just looks like the typical leaf formation that looks to be making the main colas are growing out. There are alot of white pistils everywhere too. I know nothing of this strain except what the breeder has said about it which isn't very much. I feel like I am the first one to ever try this strain. Even though there is no way that is possible. I don't even know shit about the 2 plants used to make this strain which are The White (female) and a Spacequeen dude. I know that OG Raskal has a strain called The White, but I don't know anything about how it tastes. Plus I'm not sure if it is the same version of The White used to make the White Diamond. Then there is Spacequeen which I can't even find at all in seed form. It's in all kinds of crosses from Alphakronik and TGA I think. I'm sure there are others as well. I bought this strain on a whim during my very first order. They were regs, and I ended up deciding that it was better for me to go with feminized for various reasons. So these seeds have just been sitting around without any thought of using them until just recently. I really were just using them to get rid of them, and I didn't really expect much out of them. My mind has been changed though and I am excited to see what this strain is all about. The next 2 months are not going to go by fast enough. I do have 3 femized seedlings growing in solo cups, but they are still babies. I have a Samsara Crazy Miss Hyde, World of Seeds Strawberry Blue, and Rockerji Sour Diesel. That is a crazy lineup of strain I think. Hopefully they all turn out female without any severe hermie issues. I would love for this Sour Diesel to turn out to be something special. I smoked some Sour Diesel and it is one of my favorite all time smokes. I have no idea what breeder it was from, but I loved it. It had taste, smell, and a buzz to boot! I know Rockerji sells their seeds super cheap. I think I paid like $20 for a 5 pk of beans. It might have even been cheaper than that. Regardless these strains are a long way from even being thought about right now. My concentrations is on my WD's.

my understanding of "the white" is its pretty potent and absolutely covered in trichs, the pics i have seen are some of the frostiest buds possible. it is however widely regarded as flavourless smoko. its used in a lot of crosses to bring out resin and potency though.

Space Queen is a romulan/C99 hybrid. Flavour and potency are can't misses, both parents are known for their high potency and great highs. Lemon, pine, and pineapple all swirl in a pungent bouquet to tantalize your taste buds!! Roughly 50% have the romulan pine flavour dominating. Flowering time will be comparable to romberry averaging 8 weeks depending on grower and grow environment. Yield can be above average, but she won't be a top production plant. Her growing form will range from a 50/50 sat/indi hybrid to a full blown sativa. Some of the hidden sativa that has come forth in some seedlings have been truly the most pleasant smoke I've experienced. I hope she puts smiles on a few faces
